The Gift of Jay

Lightning cackled in the sky. Storms raging with the sea. And the five ninjas have been surrounded by the keepers of the amulet. "Lock them up!" He hit his staff the ground, "All but one. The gift" one of them have asked which one. All of them became uncomfortable. Until Jay had jumped on Harumi's shoulder. "guys, we just start all over, my name is Jay." He held his hand out to the chief. "Nice to meet you!" The chief then told them to take Jay. "Wait, where are you taking him." Lloyd looked at Jay,"Jay!" But the had to take their separate ways. They were soon locked up. All five of them try to open up the cage, but were blasted back.

"Remind me to never try that again." Vania said.

"Harumi,Lloyd?" The two siblings turned to Maya. "Maya!" Yelled Lloyd.

"Are you all okay?" She asked. Everyone nodded as they try to get up. Vania asked on how they are doing. They too nod. Then an ungrateful voice echoed, " I've been in quicksand that was better than this!" Clutch turned to Dwayne, that was digging a tunnel with his own hands. "How is that tunnel coming along?" Dwayne said that he was in pain. "What do they want from us? Why are they doing this?" Lloyd asked.

"It has something to do with the artifact they seem to be protecting. I believe they think that we tried to steal it." Vania turned to clutch, "Were you trying to steal it?"

"How dare you, " he got off the person he was sitting on." Im a archeologist not a thief. " Lloyd and Vania look at Clutch not believing his story. "I study it at my place and yeah." Maya turned the four. "Where are Nya and Jay?" Harumi walked forward as she was beside her younger brother. "Well, Nya was able to escape. And Jay they took him somewhere else."

"What for?" Master Wu asked.

"We don't know, but I have a terrible feeling something bad is going to happen to him." Lloyd said in a low tone. Pixal went up next to Lloyd. " All they referred to him as a gift and I'm no sure why."

"From my observation the Keepers are not hostile just protective. They probably wouldn't hurt us nor him." Harumi and the others nodded slowly. Harumi then walked to the gate that is being secured by the guards. "If I know Nya, she is finding a way to rescue us right now."

Back at the cave that Nya was jumpscared by Twitchy, she was putting on some camoflauge. Twitchy asked, "What is that for?" Nya stared at him, "It's camoflauge." Twitchy then grabbed her shoulders and called her crazy. But she said she would take any risks to help save her friends and family. "Well, forget it, wanna know why I survived." Nya looked at him. "I never took chances."

"Twitchy I know you are scared but once we save them we can get off this island. " She noticed that Twitchy was starting to be what had happened early to him. But once it did she told him that not matter how many times he was shot down doesn't mean to stay down. Twitchy watched the fire as Nya walked out of the cave.

Jay paced back and forward worried. A glowy purple keeper with two heads walked in causing Jay to sit onto a chair that was made for him. They tossed him a bowl of fruit with decor for fashion. " Why are you being so nice to me all of the sudden?" He also asked which head should he be looking at as he spoke. But they just called him the gift. "Aw, my mom used to call me that. I was her little gift." He was soon pushed down as he were told to have a seat and eat. "Are you doing this to distract me. Because if so it won't - oh that looks good. Wait no I want answers! Where is Lloyd, where are my friends?" He yelled.

"Eat, drink, enjoy." The heads said in sync.

"Oh, I get it you saw me use my elemental powers and you want me to be your King. Flattered but can't sorry."

Lightning struck as Nya jumped from tree to tree. The branches, well you can't even call them branches because they are huge, she was quiet about it. She then saw a village after running for a while. She heard a growl and turned around slowly. Zippy was there with a coconut. "Oh no, not you again. " She tried getting Zippy to leave, "Go, shoo, get!" She whispered-yelled. But Zippy just wasn't leaving and passed her the coconut.

She decided to throw it and once she turned around she saw Zippy, "Huh, how you were just?!" Zippy passed the coconut once again. She was about to throw it until she saw a few keepers and decided to throw it at them. After finally having a distraction she swing through vines and finally threw the coconut one last time.

It landed in front of two keepers and those two were the ones guarding the prisoners. Zippy then chased the two as they had the coconut in their hand. She landed safely grabbing the staff. "Nya!" Lloyd yelled happily. She opened the door. Getting a hug from her mother and she asked "Are you two okay?" They nod.

"This place is crawling with those Islanders let's book it!"

"We can't leave without Jay." Lloyd said. This had Harumi snicker. Lloyd turned to her. "Why's that so funny?"

"Sorry, it's just you love~ Jay so much it makes want to I don't know kill him. " Lloyd blushed lightly as Harumi told him that.

"Like you wanted to long ago."

"Yeah."

"You guys not the time! " Nya yelled, "Where is Jay?"

"We don't know. " Master Wu said sadly. Nya was going to ask why but she ignored that and told to go separate ways to find Jay. And Clutch had different options. Everyone looked around as Zippy was making them busy by running away from him. Every time they would head to a new direction. The ninjas weren't able to find Jay anywhere. "What happened to Clutch?" Nya asked.

"You don't think he would be foolish enough to go after that artifact, right?" Harumi asked.

"Even Clutch isn't that reckless." That stopped Lloyd and he asked, "Is he?"

Clutch was able to get the Amulet as he was standing on Dwayne's head. "Clutch don't!" Nya whispered."Leave it!" But Clutch didn't listen. He said that he must study it no matter the cost. "We don't have time leave it!" Lloyd whispered. " The keepers will soon-" Pixal was stopped as they were all shocked by the lightning. They all woke up as they were tied to wooden poles. "Oh, boy."

"I'm getting tired of being zapped." Lloyd pouted.

"Me too." Vania said tired. Lloyd turned to the right as everyone else. They all saw Jay sitting down on a chair and had his wrists tied. "Jay!"

"Lloyd!"

"Where are they taking you?" Nya asked as she was hanging upside down.

"I don't know, but guess what they want me to be their new king!"

"Uh, then why are your hands tied up?" Lloyd said giving a straight face. "That makes no sense!"

"Well since you are in friendly terms with them how about you ask them to untie us." Vania asked. Jay then did so he asked them if they could untie his friends and let them go. But they had other terms. They place him on the raft. "Uh, why are they placing him on the raft?"Nya asked.

"I don't think they want to give you anything Jay, I think you're the gift!" Maya said giving a theory. Jay laughed. "How can I be a gift?"

"Yeah who would want Jay?" Harumi asked.

"Uh, me." Lloyd said as he rolled his eyes. The chief of the Keepers began to give a speech and at the end they said that the gift of Jay should fufill her anger. Jay then began struggling. As he was able to see something in the distance.
