Lucas yawned, stretching and nearly falling off of his cars themed bed. "Oh acorns!! I'm late for school!" He quickly tumbled out of bed and went to his closet where he put on his blue converse, jeans, and favorite hoodie. He brushed through his hair and put his mask on before walking out to the kitchen to grab a quick breakfast. He opted for a Granola bar and went on his way to school.
Emo high school was no ordinary school, as it housed rather extraordinary students. For example, the head alpha Eleanor Quinn, was not only an alpha but an extremely rare alpha demon jake/emo/dont touch my tail hybrid! They came from a long long line of that rare species, which made them above everyone else, even Lucas' crush Mini. Eleanor would often bully and order everyone around, even almost killing them or taking their knee caps on several occasions. However, none of the school staff could do anything since they were mostly betas. This upset Lucas, but he couldn't do anything about it..
Lucas finally arrived at school. Despite being late he was still excited... until he crashed into thr curb and crashed face forward on thr concrete. His skateboard flipped over the curb and landed on his legs, causing him more pain. "Owie zowie zonkers!" He exclaimed. Lucas was always the clumsy type.
He picked himself up off the ground, adjusting his mask and making sure it hadn't broke. Thankfully it was still in one piece, give or take some scratches. Lucas then picked up his skateboard and began to walk onto school grounds. He might need to see the nurse after this... it was a pretty bad crash. But, he had to see his crush first! Seeing Mini would instantly make him feel better. He loved the way his messy red hair would blow in the wind during P.E. It was mesmerizing to watch as he ran around, competing with the other alphas in sports. Oh darn! I'm about to be late for math! Enough day dreaming Lucas!
He thought, quickly running inside. He ran into a couple people in the hallways but that wasn't his fault; it was often over crowded, with everyone rushing to their class and all.
