Levi and Omotayo's fate starts off in the song called "The Secret Box" (秘密ノ箱/Himitsu No Hako)
In the Original version of Himitsu No Hako, Two women fall in love with each other to the point where they decided to get a box for each other and called it the "Secret box", which is for stuffing secrets and Desires in it. Unfortunately, they take it too far and place body parts in it to "Make a friend from Scratch", they said, and then they called it the "Secret Goldfish" to pass it to the other 2 girls, Gumi and Miku who are the next descendants of the Secret Goldfish.
In the Humanized Homicide version of Himitsu No Hako, Levi and Omotayo meet each other, and then they fall in sudden love with each other for a while. On their first date, they decided to get a box to share their own secrets, desires, and wishes inside the box, for which they called it "The Box of Secrets". Until one day, Levi and Omotayo had an idea together where they decide to take it too far, so they talked about how they want to stuff ONE Part of their own body parts inside the box. So Levi ripped Omotayo's mouth off, and Omotayo took Levi's eyeballs and then placed them in the box. Levi placed Omotayo's mouth in the box as well and called it "The secret Chainsaw", knowing that he will pass it to Xaiko (X) (The Ganata/G simp) in the next few months.
