Chapter 2

"Can we see more clips of her life?

"Why would he do that?" Tony asked.
"It's a long story."

"What happened!"

"They killed them all?" Peter asked. "They ate them all. Vampires remember." Landon said.

"The end of that clip didn't look good." Tony said.

"I'm not liking the sound of this." Bucky said.

"She was possessed?" Bucky asked. All of this was hitting him too close to home.

"What the hell does that to someone? It liquified her." Natasha asked.

"What the hell!" Tony yells.

"They stuffed the girl in the glove compartment!" Pietro laughed. Everyone let out a chuckle at the thought of Hope stuffing a body in a compartment of that size.

"Actually, the girls made me and MG stuff Dana in the glove compartment. It took days and several loads of laundry to get the smell and goo out of our clothes and shoes." Landon said.

Tony laughed loudly at this.

"The girls smelled rancid after that. Hope refused to get out of the shower until she didn't smell like rotten sewer garbage anymore. I'm pretty sure she was showering for 3 and a half hours. And half of that was just spent getting spider chunks out of her hair. Lizzie spent 4 hours in the bath and Josie spent 3 hours showering. They also didn't come to class the next day because they swore that they still smelt like sewage even though they didn't. Hope was still angry at me so she wasn't talking to me anyway. At the time she had no friends and was known as the schools loner. None of us were friends yet. It wasn't until near the end of the year we became a super close friend group. And before you hear it from someone else and decide to kill me, yes, Hope and I dated for over a year." Landon said.

As Landon was talking about Hope showering. All that was going through the Avengers' minds was Hope's naked body.

"Okay. Now you'll see when I died for the first time."

"Oh my god." Steve said.

"That's traumatizing. I can't imagine what having to find you like that put her through." Wanda said.

"Damn. Someone's a Scrugge." Tony said.

"We'll, it was mid June. The only reason it was snowing and people thought it was Christmas was because the newest monster was a Krampus." Landon said.

"Don't trust him! He's literally in a cell in the basement!" Bucky exclaimed.

"It's a werewolf transition space. Not a cell or as I liked to call it "Witch Dungeon." Hope pointed that out on the regular. But over time it kinda turned into a cell." Landon said.

"What the hell is that!" Clint shrieked.

"Okay, stop it. We don't want to see you kissing our soulmate. It only makes us want to kill you and punish her." Pietro said.

"She has a bad habit of sacrificing herself to save others. Good luck trying to keep her in line. Her martyr complex is really bad." Landon said. "And also, I'm dead already. Like dead-dead. I'm the ferryman of the we afterlife now. And I found my true soulmate. I'll always love Hope but I'm not in love with her. You don't need to worry about me."
