"Home?"

The man of the house,
Should be the one who's encharge,
When under the influence of alcohol,
He seems to forget of it all,

Mother cried and beg to change,
Setting aside her self and pride,
Closing her eyes in every situations,
Swallowing every inch of the lies,

Children internally suffering,
Couldn't make a sound when speaking,
Highly aware of everything,
But why am I still hurting?,

I can't talk, i can't say
Even sugar-coat it if you say,
I cried, I hid, I lied,
Every inches of pain all the way,

I should be comfortable to this,
As this is the life I have dealt,
From the very start,
Was it really normal to do this?
