It was early morning, and everyone was getting to work.
Like clockwork, Tim and Lucy walked in together. Angela and everyone else was onto them. Angela decided that she needed to get this secret out. She had Nyla talk to Lucy and Angela was going to be talking to Tim. "Hey, Tim!" Angela said in a surprisingly cheery tone "hey..?" Tim said confused. Tim was a terrible liar so Angela thought she was going to get this out of him easily. "You know... I've noticed ever since you came back from Vegas, you and Lucy have been pretty close" Angela said in a curious tone. "So what," Tim said annoyed. "So... Is anything going on in-between you," Angela said knowing something was going on. "No, We're just friends," Tim said lying. "Mhm," Angela mumbled. "What was that?" Tim said annoyed.
"Nothing," Angela said annoyed because her plan failed. "Lucy must've taught him how to lie," Angela thought.
Meanwhile, in the break room, things weren't going as well as Angela intended. "So, how's it going," Nyla asked."It's ok, you?" Lucy said curiously. "Only ok? I figured with that new boyfriend of yours it'd be more than ok." Nyla said with a smirk. "I don't have a new boyfriend," Lucy said with a fake confused look. "Really?" Nyla said surprised "It's just you and Tim have become so close, I just assumed." Nyla said fake apologizing. "Oh, it's alright, Me and Tim are just friends," Lucy Said lying.
Tim texted Lucy, "They're onto us." "I know Nyla just tried to get me to spill, but I didn't tell her anything" Lucy replied. "Meet me for lunch we need a plan" Tim responded.
"Ugh I thought I would have gotten the secret out of Tim by now," Angela said annoyed. "Lucy must be teaching Tim how to lie because the last time he lied to me I could see right through him," Angela said angrily."I have a plan but we are going to need everyone on board" Nyla said excitedly.
Lucy and Tim met up at a taco truck. "Where's Aaron? Won't he get suspicious" Lucy said curiously. "Oh, he made me drop him off at this expensive Chinese restaurant," Tim said rolling his eyes. "Oh my gosh I think I know which one you're at
talking about the food looks real-" Tim cut Lucy off "Lucy you're sidetracking, we need to focus."
Little did they know Aaron didn't go to that restaurant. He was spying on them. When they got up Lucy looked around to make sure no one was around and kissed Tim. Aaron got a photo, but that wasn't enough.
Just before Tim and Lucy came in from patrol, Angela got Tim's car keys from his locker, hid in the backseat, and had Nyla take the keys back to his locker. Around thirty minutes later Tim and Lucy got into the car. "Do you think they know?" Lucy said stressed. "No, thanks to you teaching me how to lie," Tim said kissing Lucy's forehead. "I KNEW IT" Angela yelled from the backseat. "WHAT THE HELL ANGELA" Tim yelled annoyed."Fine, we are dating. Happy now?" Tim said angrily. "Very," Angela said with a smirk.
