"Our Journey together, as mates." (Chapter Finale: Part 1)

It was now morning, the ray of the sun shines brightly, it was also raying on someone's face.

"Ugh! Just why?" He groaned. It was Ryder who got rayed by the sunshine. He instantly remembered he was asleep with Carlos, putting his own hands into his back, feeling a warm embrace.

"Carlos, wakey-wakey, babe. It's morning." The boy groaned but sits up, letting the boy's hand to let go. "Oh, is it morning already?" Carlos stretches himself, didn't realize he was on Ryder's hardspot.

The boy who still lied blushed like Marshall's firetruck. "C-carlos, stop sh-shaking yourself." He let out a soft moans. Carlos just realized after his boyfriend's statement. He immediately got off Ryder, he was blushing crazy.

"S-sorry." Scratching his neck. Ryder just chuckled and gets off. "But I must say, your cheeks must like that." Ryder smirked a bit and smacks Carlos' butt cheeks. He yelps in pain and rubs it after. "Ryder!" Ryder just chuckled. "I'm just kidding, baby."

The pups started to wake up from their deep slumber, they stretched themselves and went outside to get some fresh air.

"Uh, Carlos, need help?" Carlos just laughs. Ryder sticks his hand out to him, since Carlos loves the boy that much, he helped him get up. "There, silly. You need to workout more, you know."

"I sense a tension between you two." A certain pup smirked at them, making the two boys blush. "What are you talking about, Chase? He was just helping me get up. It's a friendly help, not loving help, duh." The boy stated to the shepherd, with the dal on his side. "Hm, not so sure about that."

The dal giggled, so as Chase. "What are you two laughing at?" The boys said in unison. "Well, we may or may not see you being a lovey-dovey dorks last night." The two boys widen their eyes. "Huh? Wh-what do you mean about that, Chase?" The zoologist asked.

"Don't act like you don't know nor didn't happened. Me and Marshall heard y'all's conversation, just like I said, lovey-dovey dorks." The shepherd stated. "Not to mention, being sweet to each other. Heck, you even cuddle on top of Ryder." The two giggled.

"I guess we don't have a choice then, huh?" The spiked-haired boy looked at his lover. The boy just sighed. "You caught us off-guard, you two." The spikey boy admitted, the blush wasn't gone, it is still visible.

"So when are you two gonna come out to the other pups?" The dal looked at the two boys, don't know what to answer."

"Tracker already knows that I am in love with Ryder, just keep it a surprise for him." The zoologist stated, earning a smile from the two pups.

"How about you, Ryder? When are you gonna tell the pups?" "I'm not so sure.." there's an expression of worried drawed in Ryder's face.
"Ryder, we understand you. If you don't want to tell the pups about this, we won't force you to." The shepherd smiled, reassuring the boy would not be uncomfortable.

The boy smiled at the two. "Thanks, pups. You really know my feelings that much." All they could heard was a laughter. "Breakfast is gonna be ready soon, make sure to tell pups." He added, earning a nod on the two pups. They instantly turned around and walks out.

"Well, that was quite unexpected." Ryder giggled. "To think that somebody already knows about us." Carlos added.

Ryder pulled his lover onto him with their lips few inches apart, only when the spike boy pulled him closer and their lips pressed.

Carlos has his hands on Ryder's chest, while Ryder has his hands on Carlos' waist.

But to their unaware senses, all the pups looked at them, with their jaw dropped.

"RYDER!? CARLOS!?" the pups said in unison, except for the shepherd and the dally.

They instantly broke apart and looked at the pups shocked. "Pups! You can't just enter if we have time!" "Aww!! So cute!!"

"I always knew Ryder liked Carlos. Heck, one time Carlos admired Ryder when he was locked up in an bamboo something." The pups laughed, so as Carlos.

"To be honest, I haven't really been honest with you all. And, me and Carlos are together." Ryder spoke with gentle tone.

"Don't worry, we will be handling our breakfast while you two are enjoying your Quality Time." The cockapoo winks. "Let's go, guys! Let's eat breakfast!" All the pups walked away, leaving the boys.

"Well, that was really unexpected for the pups to know that we are together." Carlos spoke, earning a nod to his top boyfriend. "We have all the reasons to be in love, like us. Like, we have to lie to Adventure Bay for example." Ryder saidly in his own normal voice.

"Ryder." The spiked boy looked at his lover? "Hm?" "Can we have another night here? I'll go back to the jungle to get something that make me comfortable, then be back here." He kissed the right cheek of Ryder. "Sure, you can sleep here as long as you want.

Suddenly, they heard a horn blaring, the two boys went outside to see the husky visited in despite of the normal hear in Adventure Bay.

"Hiya, pups!" She parked her snowplow into one the spots. She barked out again to turn her ride into a puphouse.

"Hey, Everest!" The pups saidly in unison. "That was an unexpected visit for us." The boy smiled.

"Chase called me and said that to come here, filling in for the Paw Patrol Sleepover." The gusky giggled.

"Chase." Ryder looked at the police pup, with rather a 'what the heck' face. "What? Can we just have sleepover with all of us reunited? I planned it and give it to you so you can host it." "Fine, one more night and done, ok?" The pups nod but his lover just pouts. "Don't worry, if you go back, we'll visit you." The pups awed except for the husky who has no clue on what happened.

"Ryder and Carlos are dating!" The lab exclaimed, earning a surprise gasp from the husky.

"Woah! That's cool!" The husky exclaimed also, earning a blush from the two boys.

"Don't worry, I am not a type of a racist, I actually supported y'all." She smiled cheekily. Ryder felt in relieved.

"Thanks, we were afraid if you, you know." The spiked boy doing some hand gestures.

"Pfft, I won't do that, but if I did, you would kick me in my butt." The husky giggled, earning a laughter from the group.
