I struggled within Harry's grasp only for him to tighten his hold. My screams and protests were muffled by Harry's large palm; I could feel his breath on my neck. Harry was dragging me away from the empty hallway, down another path. Soon we were out the school doors and in the car park; Harry kept dragging me until he stopped next to a large black Range Rover.

"The sooner you stop struggling, the sooner I let you go" Harry cooed, treating me like I was a baby. I started to tire; my struggles weakening. Harry could sense I was giving up, his hold loosened.

"Good girl" He whispered in my ear. "Now, if I let you go, do you promise you won't scream?" He gently asked. I nodded my head in reply; Harry let go of me. I turned around to face the curly haired monster; I have to admit, he was beautiful. He was also dangerous, controlling and my sworn enemy since birth. I raised my hand to slap his cheek, though he caught my wrist and stopped me before my hand could collide with the side of his face.

"That's a bad idea, Princess. You're already a King, you don't want to be a bitch too." He growled, his eyes darkened and his face hardened.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I questioned. I could feel my anger levels rising with each word Harry spoke. I had never been treated with disrespect; my brothers would sort the person out if they knew they were bothering me. Harry chuckled at my angry expression.

"What it means is you're already my enemy, I don't have a problem with dealing with you. You don't want to give me another reason to hurt you." He explained like it was the most basic thing on planet Earth.

"The war is between The Kings and The Devils. I'm not apart of either group; there's no reason to bring me into your warfare." I retaliated. It was true, technically I wasn't apart of The Kings; my father and brothers were. Women weren't allowed to be apart of a gang; we were to be respectful and ladylike. We were wife's, mothers and daughters; not fighters. Harry's lips pulled up into a smirk before he answered me.

"Oh, Princess. Hurting you would hurt your family, see how it works?" Harry said softly, pushing me up against his car and placing his hands on either side of my head. His body was pressed into mine; way too close for comfort.

"Please, Harry. Let me go." I whimpered, looking away from his bright green orbs.

"No can do, Love." He whispered into my neck, pressing his lips to my tender skin.

"I haven't done anything to you, Harry. Please." I pleaded, my hands trying to pry his body off mine. He laughed at my feeble attempts.

"For someone who was raised around violence, you sure are weak." He laughed, nudging my head to the side.

"I didn't ask to be born into this life, you know!" I growled back.

"I like it when you're feisty. It's kinda a turn-on" Harry pulled away from my neck to look me in the eyes.

"H-Harry, please. Just let me go" I reasoned, searching his eyes for any trace of mercy.

"No" He replied harshly. "Get in the car, please" Harry pulled his body from mine, keeping one hand around my waist he used the other to open the car door. I looked at him with wide, concerned eyes. What did he want from me? What were his motives? The only thing I was feeling at this moment in time was fear; there was no way I would get in that car with a Devil.

"No way in Hell" I spat harshly. His grip tightened around my waist.

"The more you obey my orders, the easier this will be. Now get in the car" He growled, his jaw clenching.

"No, I refuse" I stated confidently, though fear was coursing through my veins.

"Get in the fucking car!" He screamed, grabbing my body and shoving me inside the Range Rover. He slammed the door in my face, he looked livid. He remained outside the car with his back to me trying to calm himself down. My breathing was erratic, I knew I was in danger. I checked to see if the door would opened though I wasn't surprised to find out it was locked. Harry turned back around looking much calmer; he walked around the back of the car to the drivers side. He opened the car door and gracefully sat down, buckling himself up and starting the engine. Neither of us spoke, we just sat in an awkward silence as Harry drove out of the school grounds and to an unfamiliar area. We had been driving for five minutes before I spoke.

"Where are you taking me?" I slowly asked.

"A place where we can have a little chat" Harry coolly replied, his knuckles tightening around the steering wheel. My heart started beating faster if that was even possible. I tried to calm myself down by counting to ten. Nope, no luck. I was still terrified.

"Are you going to kill me?" I questioned, receiving a chuckle from Harry.

"No, Emerald. If I wanted you dead, you would be dead." He gently assured me, looking into my eyes as we stopped at a red light.

"Well are you going to hurt me?" I nervously played with my fingers as I awaited his answer.

"If you don't co-operate." Harry replied, turning his attention back to the road.

"Please, Harry. I've never wanted to be involved with the gangs; I don't like violence." I pleaded, hoping to arise the light in Harry that was buried beneath the dark. He chuckled at me again.

"I like that they've kept you innocent." He randomly stated, smiling a little to himself.

"What do you mean?" I asked confused, staring at the side of Harry's face.

"Your family; The Kings. They haven't corrupted you like us Devils would." He answered honestly, taking his bottom lip harshly between his teeth.

"My family respect me as a lady. Ladies don't fight. They know I don't approve of this life, so they don't force it upon me. My brothers would never allow it" I explained to him. He kept his gaze focused on the road.

"Why don't you leave it then? Run away. Escape the crime." Harry questioned, tilting his head to the side like a confused puppy. I sighed.

"They would find me or follow me. I could never leave my family for anything; I love them too much. They are where my loyalty remains. They're all I've ever known." I responded smiling. It was true, as much as I hated the life of crime, I could never leave it. My loyalty was to my family, if that meant they were apart of a gang then so be it. Harry frowned causing wrinkles on his forehead. He shifted his gaze to me.

"You wouldn't leave your family for anything? Not even to be with the person you love?" He asked seriously, his eyes flicking between me and the road.

"I don't know, Harry. If I really loved someone, maybe." I hesitated before continuing. "Would you?" His knuckles tightened around the wheel.

"For love, yes." He genuinely replied. I looked at him shocked.

"Even if it meant death? The Devils would kill you if you left. It's betrayal." I gushed while Harry drank in my words.

"Even if it meant death. I told my Dad that though, Love. He didn't seem too concerned. Haven't you heard? I'm heartless." Harry laughed. I shook my head in protest.

"I don't believe that, Harry. I know you have a heart." I argued.

"How do you know I have a heart? Hm?" He questioned.

"Because if I were in a car with any other member of the Devils, I'd be dead by now." I explained. Harry turned to look at me with a grin plastered on his face.

"There would be no sense in killing you now, Princess." He dryly stated. I gulped in fear.

"What do you want from me?" I timidly asked.

"Everything." Harry coldly replied, looking out the windscreen.
