Two siblings, a big brother and a little sister live together because their mom died and their dad abandoned them. They only have each other.
The brother is Hong Jisoo or called Joshua meanwhile the sister is Hong Airi.
"I'm back!" Said Joshua Softly. "You're back from the hospital!" Airi is so happy that He's back. "I was so worried" she said in tears. "I'm glad you're okay.. not a single broken bone but a lot of scars from the accident.." "I'm sorry for making you worry,Airi" Joshua rushed to hug Airi and comfort her. "I'll treat you anything you want to eat in return." "Thanks" a wide smile appears on Airi's face.
"Is it good?" Asked Joshua. Airi nod with a happy face. After finishing their meal,they went home. "You can rest. I'm sure you're tired." Said Joshua. Joshua sit beside the sleeping Airi. "I'm sorry Airi." He said suddenly while petting Airi's Head. "So much pain for someone so young isn't it?" He said in tears.
"I'm sorry I couldn't take better care of you and for not being there when you needed me the most. I'm sorry I left you... Why am I so stupid?" He let out all of his regrets and fall asleep beside Airi.
It's morning and the lights peeking through the curtain. Airi is cooking breakfast for both of them. "Shua!!" Called Airi. Joshua woke up and went to the dining table. As they sat down and enjoying breakfast, Airi suddenly apologize "I'm sorry, brother. "Hmm yeah, Eh?" Joshua's confused.
"I'm sorry...because of my cancer you had to suffer all of this." They both went silent after that before Joshua reply in a calming and gentle voice " It never made me suffer, Airi"

Airi is suffering Heart cancer and Joshua's working hard searching and collecting money by working as a convenience store cashier at the age of 17 for Airi's surgery.
