"Really?" Airi asks. "Yeah, you're never a burden" Joshua smiled. "Now hurry up and finish your breakfast. We'll go to the hospital for your medical check-up." "Okay" Airi replied.
Not long after the check-up, the doctor came to tell about the result and he said "Her health is stable but you should really perform a surgery as soon as possible." "Okay doctor, we'll be going now"
A few minutes later the arrived home. " I don't wanna die" Airi said shedding tears of fear. "I'll make sure you'll get better and won't be able to suffer again." Joshua said as he kneeling down and confronting his sister. He is a very caring, responsible brother and would take bullets for her sister and stand up for her in any situations since she is the only one he have. He's a gentleman that everybody needs.
"Let's have fun while we can,let's send time together until you're ready." "Ready for what?" Airi ask in confusion. "Nothing, let's go to the park." Joshua replied. While they were walking down the empty street,Airi said "I don't ever want to lose you,you can't leave me alone here. I have nobody else except you, Shua. You cant go first, otherwise I won't be able to enjoy life just like when I'm with you" it turns out they both are on the same mind... Shua is willing to sacrifice himself and his time just for Airi.
"Airi..." "I could never I magine my life without you... I don't know why but all these past few years, I felt guilty in my heart. I don't what guilt it is." Airi cut Shua's words. "Airi.." "it's my fault isn't it? I'm making many mistakes,am I?" She cuts his words again. "Airi! You felt guilty because you couldn't let me go..please, it's time to let me go.. I don't want to see you suffer and it's not even your fault, You need to wake up!" "Eh? What are you saying?" A truck's bright light shining through and was about to hit Airi but she suddenly woke up in a hospital.
It turns out she had been in a come for 2 years. It is because of an accident between a motorcycle, a vehicle that Joshua rode,Airi as the passenger and a truck.. they were on their way to the hospital for her medical check-up. Joshua couldn't survive in that accident while Airi is still alive but in a coma. She was in tears after finding out she had been in a come for 2 years and wondering what's the meaning of life without the Love of her life, one and only brother, Hong Jisoo(Joshua).

"Why did you go first? Why did you leave me alone in this cruel world? Are you just doing this for my own good but not yours? Are you even thinking about yourself, Joshua? Why did you have to go...?" These thoughts running around her head.
'Thank you for everything,thank you for taking care of me, thank you for being with me.. thank you for always thinking about me and putting me first even though I hate it that you didn't think about yourself and let yourself starve just for me, shedding tears for me,dropping sweat for me, I wanted to repay you but you're not here, haha..funny. But Just know that I'm always here for you and I was hoping that we could meet in another life,Hong Jisoo..I love you.
