Giyuu’s POV
The waiter, oldest, I'm pretty sure, has a nice black mohawk. Then another man walks out, and it's him. What- what is he doing here? From the back? Is he a part of this family? I never expected to see the Sanemi Shinazugawa in real life. We know what each other look like because of tiktok. Oh no, I'm not ready to meet him face to face yet!
Shoot. Fuck. We make eye contact, and I wish to die. He seemed shocked, and I put my face on the table. I'm trying to hide even though he has seen me already, and I am not invisible at all. Oh, for the floor to swallow me whole. He walks over, and I can hear him walk over.

"Giyuu? I never expected we would meet this soon. I just watched your latest video. Another piece of mine with your voice. Shit man you're more attractive in person."

I raise my head so fast I'm shocked I don't get blurry eyes from the light change. Attractive? More attractive?? Blushing just a bit, I shake my head and focus on how we both didn't expect to meet each other so soon. He also looks more attractive in person, and then I feel my face heating up. Why am I like this? Then he sits down at my table.

"Mind if I join you? I'd like to talk about you."

I repeatedly have to tell myself he isn't flirting with me. He just wants to talk about my voice and possibly sing more of his songs and hopefully make music together. That is all. No flirting... right? Yeah, yeah, definitely.

"Yes, did you like the latest one I did?"

I'm hoping he did, but he wouldn't be so nice to me if he didn't. He isn't exactly the nice type? Or at least it seemed so? A lot of people who have ever had the chance to meet him said he was really moody and rash. He seems almost a gentleman right now, though. Really makes me curious. Maybe it's because he likes my voice. What if he doesn't like my personality, though? I overthink too much.

"Yeah, somehow you just capture like the mood? Some fucking shit... The soul of it? Just your voice actually compliments the tunes I make. And your lyrics are actually pretty damn good."

"That good?"

"Hell yeah, and I don't usually compliment people this much. That proves how great of a singer and songwriter you are. Do you understand?"

I slowly nodded, I'm in shock and try not to get flustered, so I focus on his purple eyes. Then his white spiky hair. Would it hurt to touch it? Would it be all that sharp? Or bend funky and is just a lot of hairspray? I almost move my hand over, but I snap out of it. What am I even thinking?

"Thank you for the compliments, Shinazugawa."

"Tch now don't get cocky and you can call me Sanemi. Can I call you Giyuu?"

I'm a bit shocked, but I should just get used to this, huh?

"Sure, Sanemi."

He wickedly smiles, and I think my stomach flips or something. I'm not too sure. Then my waiter comes back with my meal and water. He apologizes for getting sidetracked and not getting my water right away. Then all of a sudden him and Sanemi start bickering? It must be a brother sibling thing. I wouldn't know since I have no brothers. Man, I miss my sister. I take a sip of my water and I start eating. I wonder if she'd like to see this place as it is now.
I'm sure she would. Maybe she can come down here sometime if she's ever not busy. Then I hear snapping, and I look over. Oh, it seems Sanemi has been trying to get my attention. I daze off and daydream too much. Other than when I am at work. I tilt my head, and he repeats himself.

"So you live near here then?"

I start to explain that I do kind of, an hour away is near enough, I think? He nods and then orders something. I'm sure he doesn't have to pay, though, since his mom runs this place. The salmon daikon seems even better than it was when my brother in law ran it. I smile just a bit and continue to enjoy my food. Home. The sense of home floods through my veins. It's nice.
This place seems like home. Even more so than my actual home. Sabito is my childhood friend and roommate, but it still doesn't really feel like home. Maybe it's because it doesn't really feel like we live together. I sigh, and Sanemis eyes are on me again. Trying to read my expression, maybe? I wave my hand, waving it off, and he shrugs. His food arrives, and he starts eating as well.
The silence is comfortable, calm even. We just sit and eat in peace, and once we both finish, Sanemi catches his brothers attention again. I've learned his name is Genya because of his nametag. I should've noticed earlier. Sanemi orders what seems to be the best thing ever because of his expression. When it arrives, I mentally note three things. One, it's a dessert, two; it's Sanemi's favorite and three; he has a sweet tooth.
