Writing this stories collection is dedicated to me for being a six years as a writer. Yeah, it's my sixth anniversary today. This is the day I accidentally discovered wattpad while searching something in a website, and then something came up to my mind and search wattpad. I didn't know that was actually an app, I thought that's a publishing company.
That day, I make my first account, with a username, 'LOVEISPOISON_SEPHINA' and published my first ever story in watty, titled 'Diyosang Manyak'. That's currently under revision. But sadly my first account in watty is already delated now with a one thousand followers because of my wrong decision as my young mind. It's so sad. And now, my second account is 'YourHalfAngel'. That's account is already hacked, and can't open it. And the third is this. Hoping this is the last account I made 'cause I'm already tired from back to zero.
First I saw in a logo of wattpad is from a book titled 'Game of Love Book 2'. You can search this title on your watty. The books is really really good. That's my first story I've read on wattpad. I didn't know who is the author is. I already forget it. I'm sorry. And the book is already confiscated of my math teacher in highschool because of my friend. She borrowed my book, and I regret it after what she did during the class. Until now, I still angry of her because that book is never came back to me after confiscated. Haays.
Anyway, 'Modern Fairytale' is my One-shot stories compilations, and it's all about a love story in a modern era, and a reality of our society these days. Honestly, this is so far from a fairytale we know.
Most of the fairytale, there's a romantic, light love stories, and easy conflict to solve. Like the way Cinderella met her prince and love him at first sight. And get married right after he found her without knowing each other. Like, huh? What if the guy is redflag? Is it okay with her?
And here's the great, most of the love story in a fairytale have a happy ending. A happily ever after. Well, how can you sure there's a happily ever after? Right? Well, it's a fairytale and it's for a kid but this 'Modern Fairytale it's not for a kid. This a reality that you need to face. Because not all the story have a happy ending. In short, there's no perfect love story. If you have a perfect love story, good for you because that's very rare. Don't waste it 'cause some of others dream for it, founding their own love.
Well, I'm here, hoping you found your one true love, your knight in shining armor and admiring you until the last of your life. I've a one rule, don't settle for less, guys.
And before ending this, I'm thankful and grateful to share this one-shot stories compilations that will learn you a lot about this kind of love story. I started writing this one-shot story on August 19, 2023 and publish it exactly today, my anniversary.
