I awoke by water being thrown in my face. After which a bag was thrown over my head and I was taken away. When the bag was taken from my head, I found myself in the middle courtyard. In front of me was a table with weapons, some of which I recognized and some of which I couldn't. I heard a familiar intimidating voice "choose a weapon, the first to shed blood wins"
In a panic, I grabbed the first weapon that looked like something I knew. What I had grabbed was a penknife and a knife similar to a hunting knife. I quickly looked around to see where my opponent was. Standing across from me was a young adult who seemed much better prepared that I was. He quickly came rushing toward me with a sword in his hand. In a panic I threw one of the hunting knives at his right arm assuming he was right-handed. It seemed that I had only hit the clothing and thus caused no blood. The man looked puzzled down at his arm almost confused from what had happened. As the man looked behind him, he saw the knife I had thrown. This gave me the time to run away and find a more covert position.
While I was searching for the table, I heard the same intimidating voice "You have won young one, well done!" whereupon I heard clapping around me it was only at that moment that I realized people were watching. The clapping crowd came towards me, and people began to welcome and congratulate me.
A young adult who introduced himself as Art, took me to an office. Art told me where I had ended up this was training that trained beginner criminals to be hired by bandits or organizations in the criminal world. Education was part of a larger organization that went against court. He explained how proud I should be for getting a spot at the academy.
