His Princess

Chapter 2: The Sorting

The hall was filled with chatter, laughter, and excitement. The students were all so excited to see the Sorting Hat put everyone's eyes on them. The hat was silent for a moment before it finally decided on a house for each of the students.
The sorting hat spoke and shouted "You all have different strengths and weaknesses, but you all share the same goal. To make the best possible choices and perform great magic. I'm proud to be your Sorting Hat and will be with you for many years to come."
And then the woman from before stepped forward and said" when I call your name I will put the hat on your head and let it decide your fate" she paused for a second and I could feel a pair of eyes on the back of my head burning for me turn and look and that's what I did...
I turned round and I was met with the hazel eyes from earlier. It was him. Without thinking I snapped my eyes back to the front when Mcgonagal (that's what we learnt her name was) said " Courtney Malfoy".
I froze like time it's self had been froze. Without warning I felt a pair of arms hug me and I knew it was Draco telling me that he was here for me.
I started to walk towards the hat and sat down on the stool. The sorting hat sprung to life "Hmm what's this we have here a malfoy? I remember placing your family into their houses. Well I know what I'm going to do with you, SLYTHERIN"
I have never felt more happy and the whole of the house cheered for me so I went down. It wasn't long before I was sitting next to Draco and laughing with him about twin stuff.
Suddenly without warning the school tables were filled with all kinds of delicious treats, and there were awards to be won if you were brave enough to ask for them.

As the feast went on, me and Draco began to talk more and more. We never really had the chance to talk with each other before and it was great to finally to be able to feel free with him and start to get closer again. And then the feast was over and we was walking to the our common room and our dorms.
When we approached the portrait it asked for a password and the person that was at the front told us to listen carefully and said "mudblood" that word cringed my insides , I don't know why but it did.
And with that we walked in and we was told to go to our dorms and get to know our roomates.
I was sharing a room with two other girls, but I quickly got to know them and made friends with them. They was Pansy Parkinson and Astoria Greengrass. I then went to check on Draco and found out that he ,on the other hand, was bunking with two boys.
One of the boys was the one from the sorting that couldn't keep his eyes off me. Draco whispered to me " that's Mattheo Riddle and that's Theodore Nott, court you look tired maybe you should go to your dorm and go sleep I love you little sis."
And that's when I realised that I felt something towards Mattheo but I didn't know what it was.
I turned round to Draco and whispered back " okay dray , night and I love you older brother" and I gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
As I reached my dorm and walked in the Pans and Astoria was already asleep, so I got ready for bed and climbed in and as soon as my head touch my pillow , I fell asleep.

Chapter3 is where its start to get intresting, I promise hang with me.
