Heres a step by step tutorial for wings! So here were go!
Angel or Bird wings
1)draw the top (base) of the wing curved with where the first row of feathers are going to go.
2) draw the first row of feathers.
3) draw the rest of the rows of feathers as each row gets shorter but the feathers get longer as each row adds on.
Dragons wing
1) draw the arm base and the fingers.
2) add a claw to the hand and make the fingers not straight but kind of bentish? (I'm not sure which word to use XD)
3) erase the extra lines on the fingers to the hand to make the fingers connect. Add the wings in between the fingers that are kind of curved. Add lines on the wings for creases and sharpen the arms curves.
Wings are so difficult to explain XD. I hope this will actually help you ^~^.
