T^T this one did'nt turn out as Well as my other ones. But I hope it helps you guys.
1) draw the base of the head.
2) draw the face
3) draw the hair
4) draw the glasses, draw the bottom and the side rims of the glasses. You could draw little lines indicating that there's glass on the top of the glasses but if it doesnt look right than you don't have to.
