Cinder
As I sat on the grafel in front of the house I watched the many suitcases that Iko brought down. I stood up and went to give Auntie Levana a quick hug. "Thank you for letting me stay here," I said. "You're very welcome" she said while cupping my cheeks. I got in the car, and watched a tearful goodbye, as Winter and Iko hugged there Mother goodbye (and Iko's new boots).
"What are you're friends like" I asked after a few minutes of silence. " Sooo first we have Cress," said Winter. " She is amazing at coding and computer science, and stuff like that". " Yeah," agreed Iko. " Once she shut down the whole schools security system in seconds, she got suspended for like a week! She is also a really, really good singer," explained Iko." She had all the teachers crying after she sang Say you won't let go by James Arthur at the Talent show last year, she's also really quiet and sweet". Cress sounded nice, I couldn't wait to meet her. "And then there's Scarlet, she from France and she like shooting things with guns," Winter exclaimed. "She is very nice".
"You're friends sound lovely," I answered. I hoped I could get to know them like how Winter and Iko have. "So, why don't you tell me about these boys!" I snickered. "They seem pretty important". They both smiled and told me all about them. Iko's boyfriend was called Kinney and he was like an annoying brother at first then when he finally asked Iko out, he was nice and caring. Winter's boyfriend is very protective of her and he didn't really like anyone except her, but she said if you dig deep you'll find that he actually is really nice.
I zoned out after a couple minutes of listening to there relationship crap. I stuck my ear buds in and turned some music on. I think I'm going to really enjoy it here. I slept for a while, dreaming of singing girls and girls with red hair and guns.
