Here's some of my reasonings also, lmao I should at least put in a actually reason am I right?? 😍 

Sunburn is imo a one-sided crush from when they were kids, but after Mari's death it kinda faded. Not to mention the fact that kel had been extremely persistent to have sunny come out of his house, he's been knocking on his door for god knows how long. He was the reason sunny even came out of the house. And plus, they've known each other the longest, so it's a stronger bond than aubrey and sunny have (like I said in the last one). Also kel just seems like a happy and fun guy and I would wanna date him too lol. Suntan is overall a great ship, a nice trope as well! (Childhood friends to lovers trope lol.)

Oh and one more thing! I've seen people say that suntan shippers are extremely violent and toxic people?? I mean I joined this fandom fairly late so I have no idea what yall are talking abt. 

I've talked with some suntan shippers and (the majority of them) were actually pretty nice to me. There was this one time where I came across a toxic suntan shipper but im pretty sure they got banned. But they basically started to automatically assume that I, and many others were homophobic just because we don't think sunflower, suntan, and even sunburn can work out without some therapy involved?? 😭I don't really see any of the ships with the main characters working out that involve around sunny because he is literally moving so I just can't see any of these ships working out without Sunny either actually staying (which I doubt), or an older Sunny. I'm not really the biggest fan of sunburn either because I see it as pretty one-sided. BUT, out of all of the sunny ships suntan is objectively better imo.
