I sincerly apologize for THE LONG AWAITED UPDATE. Honestly, I just lost my passion for writing. This was hard enough to even post.
"You used to call me on my cellphone. Late night when you neeeeeed my loveeee." Veronica sang as she patted her Urban Decay eyeshadow onto her eyelid.
She was getting ready for her date with Dillion. She was nervous but she wasnt trying to get her hopes up because she knew that behind this date there was business.
Picking up her Liquid eyeliners, V quickly did her winged eyeliners and added some lipgloss to her lips.
Veronica was wearing a oversized burgandy T, along with high waisted jeans that had slits in the knee's. She wore her gold linked chain, and her gold MK watch to match. She slipped on her burgandy hightop converses and her black MK bag.
She sat on her step as she began to undue her shoe laces a bit, when her phone rung.
"Cause I know when that hotling bling." She sung as she laughed and picked up her phone from off the step.
She laughed as she saw that her bestie Danielle had texted her.
Danielle: Girl! Are you excited?!?!
Me: Chill out.
Danielle: You're such a debby downer
Me: Lol cant get my hopes up too much!
Danielle: Gurl whatever.
Right on cue, the doorbell rung making V get up and grab her purse.
She shut off her lights and began walking towards the front door. As she opened the door, she smiled as she was a bit starstruck seeing Dillion looking like a nice bag of cheeto's with a nice cool coke.
"H-Hey." She stuttered.
"What's up?" Dillion smiled as he eyed Veronica up and down. "You look cute."
"Thanks." V smiled as I walked out, locking the door. "You ready?" Veronica asked as she double checked the door to make sure it was locked.
"Yeah."
As they walked towards Dillon's car, Dillion made his way over to the passenger side and opened the door for Veronica.
"Thank you." She blushed as she made her way in.
As Dillion went over back towards the drivers side, reality set in for Veronica as this would be her first date in years. She was already happy to be on it but she knew that deep down she wouldnt be getting anything out of it, because it was business.
Dillion got in, and buckled his seatbelt on. "You good?" He questioned as he stared into Veronica's face trying to read her facial expression.
"Y-Yeah." She forced a smile onto her face.
"Aight good." Dillion started his car, and began to head out.
Twenty minutes later, the newfound duo arrived at Benny's National Carnival. Veronica's eyes lit up as she looked at all the rides and rollercoasters that were now all around her.
"Have you ever been?"
"Noo..." Veronica stated as she continued to look around and take in her new enviroment.
They stepped out of Dillons 2014 Audi A6 simultaneously and shut their car doors.
Dillon made it over to the passenger side and interlocked fingers with Veronica which caught her off guard.
