The house party was very loud. I did not want to hear the loud music or the yell of the people celebrating in my house. I was tired after another day at the office, dealing with the never ending drivel of the customers and clients. This party did not appeal at all, not one bit. Not to me, or my ears.
I thought to myself, it's pretty nice out, maybe I can go look at the stars out on the upper deck, and so I got up off my bed and walked slowly into the other room on the second floor.
I entered the room where the exit to the balcony was, and I felt something off. It felt weird, like I was not alone. Mind you, this is all before I even went out on the deck, so I was still oblivious to what I was walking into (literally). I sat down on a bed in that room to reflect on my day and what I did, I even shot a few texts to my friend, cause she's always having interesting days. However, the party was still unbearable for me so I quickly got up and opened the door to the balcony without a second thought.
A sight to behold was before me. As I stepped out into the deck, I was met with a vast unfamiliar land below me and all around my house (unbeknownst to the party goers who were not affected in the slightest and remained unfazed).

This fantastical land was really beautiful and was all so well kept by Mother Nature. Of course, that was not the only thing I noticed was next to me on the balcony. There sat a large lion with a huge mane. The lion spoke and said, "You have to make a decision, either you stay in your world and remain a normal human or you come with me and help advance society in my world".
This was quite the shock as well...it's a talking animal... how could I not be shocked. I proceeded to ask the lion, "I have a few questions", to which it responded with, "that definitely tracks for who you are".
I wondered if I should be here in the first place or if I was worthy of such a visit. This worry was quickly whisked away by the lion after it said, "My name is Eoan, and I chose you specifically for your ability to think critically and apply knowledge to your surroundings", I then replied with, "I don't entirely believe that's all you were considering".
The Lion, Eoan, responded with, "You are quite perceptive. I had noticed the unfulfilled nature of your life, the desire to do more swells within you more than normal. It's what drove me to your soul and made me seriously consider you as the sole candidate to become the hero of this world".
