Garou is bullied by "Kacchan" who says he will be a hero. If this is how how heroes act then "maybe I'll just be a monster"

"Hold him down."
Getting beaten up like dough in a pizzeria-
Garou kicked his legs around, hitting everyone he could to try and escape the grasp these HEROES?! Katsuki Bakugo, aspiring hero had three students hold him down so that he could practically torture the boy.
'Who the hell did Garou think he was!?' Bakugo thought with a smirk on his face as the boy tried to escape. Garou had come into class today and told Bakugo to,
"Never lay a hand on me or my friend Izuku again."
What idiot would speak to him like that? The future number one hero? Better than Allmight? No way, was he drunk?
'Maybe I heard him incorrectly...' Scowl on his face, Bakugo turned to Garou.
"Garou, when you walked into this classroom... What did you say to me?" Bakugo lit his palms up as he spoke, trying to intimidate him. It didn't work...
"I said to keep your dirty hands off me and my friend!" Garou yelled attempting to bite the arm of the guy holding him down. That was all Bakugo needed to hear, Garou was going to die.
Katsuki was the biggest bully there ever was. He liked to hurt people and then say that it was "just a game." Yesterday-
"That's dangerous Kacchan! You can't play like that, you could really hurt someone." Garou held his arms out in front of a black haired boy who had been a little confused. They group had always played this game, so why was Garou acting like this? Oh yeah... Garou had never played heroes vs villains. Maybe he just needed an explanation.
"The aim of the game is to beat up the villain, but if you're the villain you go and cause chaos on the civilians!" The black haired boy pointed towards the supposed "civilians" and then pointed to Kacchan, the "hero."
Kacchan aka Bakugo Katsuki, had a scowl on his face. He had no time for this, their playtime was limited. Either Garou played the game correctly or he would go somewhere else!
"Guys, Garou is the new villain!" Maybe this way he will understand it a little better... And he can get punishment for interfering with the previous round.
In this super powered society, heroes and villains had been a real thing. What was once a child's dream had come to reality. Kacchan had a power so great it was impossible for him to not become a hero, or a super strong villain. Everyone in the class knew what Kacchan wanted, to be better than Allmight and every other wannabe hero. Garou had never found heroes that cool, he had always found villains and bugs a little more interesting.
