Argos and Mr. Plant couldn't contain their laughter as they entered Mr. Plant's home, their rained on clothes having darkened a little. Argos had a grin on his face as he set his cup of tea down on a nearby stand, slipping his now wet jacket off to reveal the cream colored long sleeve that he wore underneath. His grin dimmed down to a soft smile as he reached over to the coat hanger, hanging his jacket to dry. Mr. Plant didn't mind the water, knowing it would dry quickly. "I had a great time," Argos said as he watched Mr. Plant setting his new star on a shelf, next to his previous one. He smiled slightly. "I did, too." Argos' smile grew slightly. "What do you wanna do now?" Mr. Plant asked, looking over his shoulder at Argos. Argos pondered the thought for a moment. "How about we do something you wanna do?" Mr. Plant blinked.
"But I asked you," he said softly, almost confused. "Well- yeah, you did," Argos started, grabbing his cup of tea and swirling it around. "But it's almost like we're always doing things for me. Let's do something for you." Argos looked at Mr. Plant, whom seemed to be in shock at Argos' response. He was used to doing what his partner wanted, not the other way around. "I...guess we could...watch a horror doc?" he asked, expecting Argos to deny it. Argos' smile grew very slightly as he nodded. "Okay, let's do it."
"You're not mad?"
"Why would I be mad?"
"I dunno- I thought you'd say no." Argos' smile disappeared for a moment, but then returned as his brows furrowed. "No, of course not. I love watching shows with you." Mr. Plant was about to question himself internally, but ignored it. He nodded, smiling slightly. "Alright."Argos and Mr. Plant both sat on the couch, Argos sitting with his back to the arm rest as a blanket covered his lower half. Mr. Plant sat normally, but his back was getting tired of it. Argos seemed to take notice of his discomfort, which lead him to start thinking. "Mr. Plant." Mr. Plant looked over, seeing as Argos laid back a little before opening his arms. He made grabby hands for him, signifying that he was inviting Mr. Plant to lay in his arms. Mr. Plant understood, but hesitated. After pondering for a moment, he laid across the couch and on Argos' arms. Argos smiled widely as Mr. Plant hugged his waist. He wrapped his arms around Mr. Plant, his heart fluttering as the two continued to watch their documentary.
As time went on, Argos began to hear gentle snoring. He looked down, seeing that Mr. Plant had fallen asleep. He smiled gently, leaning close before softly pressing his lips against his temple. He felt as Mr. Plant's hug tightened slightly, only making Argos feel more joy as he scooted slightly to lay down a bit more. Mr. Plant's head was now nuzzled into Argos' neck, Argos wrapping his arms around Mr. Plant. He let out a faint sigh, a small smile still being plastered on his lips. He hadn't felt so happy and loved until he and Mr. Plant started dating. He savored the affection that he was getting in this moment, hoping it would never end. He slowly allowed sleep to take over. From afar, the tall white figure watched at the plant and curly haired male strolled down the sidewalk, hand in hand as they sipped their teas. He narrowed his eyes, tilting his head slightly. There was a sudden rumble of thunder, causing the couple to look up at the sky. Within a few seconds, the rain had begun with a light drizzle. The couple exchanged looks before they tightened their grasp on each other's hands, beginning to run to their destination as giggles left them. The figure scowled slightly.
