Aura Guardian: Attack on Titan

Chapter 2

Few minutes earlier

[Fucking shit!] Pikachu groaned, as they came across another butchered body.

"Language" Ash quipped, even though his voice was distressed at seeing another death. This Giants aren't attacking the humans.

No. They are eating them.

It disturbed Ash. The last time he had seen such bloodbath was during the invasion of Orre Region and the battles against Team Chipher. Those bastards loved their bio experiments, creating horrific Human-Pokemon hybrids to fuel their war effort.

Soon they reached the Town's center with most concentration of Giants. There some Soldiers were still left, trying desperately to fend off their enemies using their strange grappling Hook like gear. But they were being slowly overwhelmed.

"Pikachu attack the ones on the left" Ash ordered swiftly "I will take care of the right". Pikachu did a mock salute.

[On it boss] With that the mouse dashed towards the Giants, his body flashing with lightning. Bolts of thunder hit the Titans killing them instantly. Some had their napes destroyed immediately while the smaller ones had their bodies completely vaporised.

Ash attacked with a barrage of low powered Aura Spheres, specifically hitting the napes and conserving his energy for later fights. 

A Titan, who had survived the barrage, came a little too close to him, and swung his hand down to crush his body on the roof top, but Ash jumped and avoided the attack. He then held out his hand and concentrated his aura, and created a Whip of Pure Blue Energy.

He swung the whip towards the Titan's neck, decapitating the huge head in a single swing. The lasso of pure energy going through the flesh and bone like a hot knife through butter.

By now most of the Giants were eliminated by Ash, so he sent a telephatic message to Pikachu.

"I am heading towards the City square" He said through their mind link.

[Go. I will take care of the remaining ones] Was the reply. With that Ash pumped Aura in his legs to make his way towards the square.

His eyes suddenly fell on something down below that caught his attention. It was a young woman with long ginger hair tied back with a red hair tie. She was trying desperately to revive a lifeless man, who was missing his left leg.

"Shit" Ash muttered when he saw a Titan was heading in her direction. "This can't be good" He immediately jumped towards the girl's location.

He landed with a dull thud and immediately went towards her "Miss! You need to get out of here. What are you doing?!" The gir fixed her gaze on the approaching teen with teary eyes, desperation spreading across her face.

"Please, you have to help Franz ! He's not breathing." She pleaded frantically.

Ash immediately activated his Aura Sight and checked the man's life force. To his relief it was there, but only miniscule. Like a Candle that was about to be extinguished.

"Allright miss. I will take care of him but please you evacuate from here"

"No!" The Girl glared sharply at Ash through her tears "I am not leaving him".

Ash's lips twitched at the show of bravery and loyalty. The girl was afraid, both for herself and the man, but she will not leave him behind.

"Alright stand back" Ash ordered before pointing towards the lumbering form of the Giant at the distance "And keep an eye out will you".

"What are you planning on doing?" she queried, tears still running down her face.

"Just watch." He muttered, sitting next to Franz's motionless body. He laid his open palm on the wound and began concentrating on his Aura. The girl looked skeptical, but she didn't dare interrupt.
