Mugman awoke to Mocha screaming happily. "Dad! Dad! Daaaaad!" He shot up quickly and blinked his eyes. "Yea?- oof!" He was quickly pulled into a hug. He giggled and smiled at him. Mocha is always being Mocha.
He was glad to see him again. He missed him too. Then Hazel walked in holding a girl's hand. Another girl behind her. "This is dad's room!" The girl looked up at Mugman.
"Hey Mugsy!" She said, It was Holly and Alice. Since when did Cuphead go and get them? Those were questions for later.
He got up and decided to help Hazel show them around. He gave them their own rooms, using magic to set them just the way they liked it. Then they got settled down.
"Alright Holly, In about three months when you start training, I'll be your trainer. Alice, Chalice will be your guide and trainer. You have new powers and abilities, you need to know how to use them. Anyways, I've got to speak to Cuphead- er… Mr.Cuphead." he closed their doors and walked down stairs.
There Cuphead was. Peacefully cuddling with the children. How cute. They really got used to him. Mugman wondered if the kids would trust him or their Uncle. Only time will tell.
He'd speak to him later. Then Chalice jumped behind him. "Hiya little bro! How did the day go?", "Well I made a deal with Cuphead. It was more of a promise. Then I took a nap and spoke with my children. It seems Magenta still wears Sandrea's belt." He sighed. He missed her.
"She absolutely loves that belt. Anyways, wanna go make dinner? It doesn't have to be too much, mainly because Cuphead doesn't eat at all."
He thought for a second but then replied."Well then, let's start dinner."
