I was headed back home after I was saved by the new kid in my school from the bullies that cornered me.
??? = 'Why do people keep going after me? What did I ever do to any of them!? What does me being a vastaya cause them to be so mean and brutal to me? Thankfully the new kid came and rescued me. Did he notice my ears? He most likely did, it won't be long until he will start to treat me the same as the others.
I finally arrived at my house as I entered and quickly made my way to my room. I threw my stuff on the ground and just plopped flat on my bed. I started to tear up as I kept remembering all the times I was targeted by people.
??? = 'Why won't they all just leave me alone? Atleast I have a couple of friends that stay by me, sadly they aren't there for me all the time.
I started to fall asleep from the fatigue of crying with one last thought in mind.
??? = 'Please something, anything, make it all stop!'
Tuesday morning
Pov Y/N
Finally heading out to school, I remembered about the events that occurred yesterday.
Y/N = 'Why was that vastaya being targeted? I should ask her myself just to see what was going on.'
Me and my sister separated to get to our classes with me arriving and noticing the vastaya had already arrived and I sat in the seat right next to her.
Y/N = "Good Morning."
It seemed that she didn't notice me when I said it.
Y/N = "Good Morning!"
This time she noticed and looked confused at me as I kept looking at her.
Y/N = "How are you?"
She appeared to be nervous from me trying to approach her and she replied in a soft shy voice in response.
??? = "Good Morning. I'm doing fine."
Y/N = "You get home safe after the you know what?"
??? = "Yes, thank you for your help."
She started to calm down and I wanted to ask her something about her.
Y/N = "Can I ask you a question?"
??? = "Ah, sure?"
Y/N = "Are you a vastaya?"
As I asked that she seemed to get on guard and seemed to get nervous at a drastic amount.
