Jake looked at the two hoppers wondering what was going on. Didn't they hate each other?
"Oh jake your home?" Nova asked surprised anyone was home.
"Yeah i'm home what's going on" Jake said looking at Nelson with a killer stare.
"I like her a lot Jake I swear." Nelson said to the protective older brother.
"But I'm confused didn't you two hate each other?" Jake asked the two hoopers with a confused expression.
"Nova you would come back from practice complaining about Nelson and how cocky he was and now your kissing him?" Jake continued questioning his little sister.
"Things change Jake, opinions change" Nova said looking up at her brother hoping he'd be okay with what he just walked into.
"So y'all are like a couple now?" Jake asked still confused.
Nova and Nelson looked at each other wondering the same thing.
Nova was a nervous person even though on the court she looked like she had all the confidence in the world expressing her emotions was a whole separate thing.
"Yeah we are" Nelson said knowing Nova wouldn't say it until he did.
Nova was happy he really knew her.
"I promise i'm not doing this just to get with her or something I really like her and her vibe." Nelson explained to the older west who was still looking at him weirdly.
"Yeah I believe you, honestly i'd rather you then any other boy." Jake said happily with a smile now.
"And I won money so i'm happy." Jake told the two hoopers.
"You made a bet on us?" Nova asked him confused.
"The whole rwe team did, everyone knew this was going to happen sooner or later. It was so obvious everyone saw it but you two." Jake explained.
"How much did you win?" The curly haired boy asked.
"$100" Jake said happily.
"Why'd you bet so much what the fuck?" Nova asked concerned.
"Cause you would always talk about him when we got home from practice and in the car before practice your mind was always on him so of course I knew." Jake explained to the younger west.
This made Nelson happy.
"Awe your obsessed with me." Nelson said hitting Novas shoulder.
"Shut up i'm not." Nova said pushing him back.
"Alright i'm going inside but don't try any funny shit." Jake said pointing at Nelson.
Nelson pushed his shoulders and held his hands up defensively.
Nelson looks at the blonde girl, the sun hitting her face perfectly making her smile and face light up. Her lips a soft pink her cheeks the same color. This girl had Nelson in a trance and he was fine with it. He was more then obsessed. He was in love.
"I'm so glad I asked you to talk." Nelson tells the blonde girl looking at her.
"Yea i'm glad you asked me to." Nova said smiling at her now boyfriend.
"i'm totally gonna make you carry my books in the hallway." Nova jokes with her now boyfriend.
"I'll do anything for you Nov." Nelson says with a loving look in his eyes.
"I'll do anything for you to." Nova said looking in his blue eyes truly meaning it with her whole soul.
"I've never felt so alive other then when i'm with you. I've fallen in love for the first time and you look heavenly when your sleeping or doing anything and any time that your crying i'll dry your eyes." Nelson said to the girl meaning every word.
Nova kissed the boy again not knowing how to expose her emotions.
"I feel like i'm scared to expose myself but turns out you know me better then i know myself Nelson." Nova says to the boy.
"I do." Nelson says.
Nelson really did know nova he knew her likes and dislikes, He knew about her social anxiety that not many people know about. He knew her food orders, What rare beauty blush shade she used, her starbucks order everything. Nova just trusted Nelson she knew she could trust him. Nova felt comfortable with Nelson something she doesn't feel often with people.
"Do you wanna go public about it right away?" Nova asked Nelson.
"I don't know cause people are weird you know?" Nelson asked.
"They start making rumors and just do weird stuff to put you out of your zone." Nelson told the girl.
"Yeah that's true but we should tell cam and the team at least and of course our families but Jake probably already told mine." Nova said.
"Nile's is gonna be so happy he told me to be with you." Nelson said smiling.
"Nile's is my favorite Neumann." Nova said teasing her actual favorite.
"So i'm not your favorite?" Nelson asked in a fake hurt tone.
"Obviously not your weird." Nova said side eyeing Nelson.
"I'm done with you." Nelson said while jumping on Nova to tickle her.
Nelson knew Nova hated being tickled as she had previously told him.

"Your so weird bro." Nelson said hating on the blonde girl.
"Shut the fuck up i hate being tickled it's the worst form of torture." Nova told the blonde boy.

"Fine your my favorite Neumann!" Nova yelled wanting the tickling to stop.
The two sat up on the green grass Novas legs swung over Nelson's.
The two loved physical touch.
"I'm glad you admitted the truth north pole." Nelson said smirking.
"I was forced." Nova said crossing her arms.
"I love the truth." Nelson said smiling.
The two looked at each other grateful for one another.
"I love this girl." Nelson thought.
"I love this boy." Nova thought.
