Unexpectedly for all fans of Larry and Laurent Bourgeois, photos and videos began to appear in all the media and tabloids of how they walked around the store with children's goods, rolling a baby carriage in front of them and quarreling. More precisely, Larry approached Laurent with his hands full of various baby things, and Laurent scolded that he was picking up too many unnecessary things, Larry built innocent puppy eyes, and Laurent, rolling his eyes, returned to the choice of things that they need now: diapers, wet wipes, lotions for the skin of babies and baby food. But the most exciting spectators waited at the checkout, when Laurent, keeping the most serious face he was capable of, first laid out on the cash register the goods that he had chosen. Larry waited patiently for his turn, pouting, still turning piteous glances at Laurent, especially when he realized that he would have to pay for everything he scored, as well as pack and carry to the car. Laurent forbade salespeople to help pack his purchases. Although the staff was very insistent on helping, Larry had just left almost $ 5,000 on the checkout, but Laurent was adamant. If Larry wanted to act like a child, then that was his choice. Laurent couldn't help but smile as he watched Larry, loaded to the top of his head with bags, slowly move through the mall's underground parking lot. Having securely strapped his son into his car seat, Laurent approached Larry, taking almost all of his cargo, Larry gave him a vicious look and an unintelligible grunt. Still a little offended by his husband, Larry hurried into the back seat next to Rich. Larry tried to look offended all the way home, Laurent only smiled warmly from time to time, glancing at his husband in the rearview mirror.

- Baby, are you still pouting? - Laurent stood at the open passenger door. Stretching his neck, he made sure that their son was firmly son and grabbed Larry by the legs and turned him on the seat, pulling him towards him. The car was high enough for Laurent to wrap his legs around his waist without difficulty. Larry puffed out his face and turned his face away. Laurent laughed softly. – Was I wrong? Look how much you bought, there are things that he may never wear because he will already have time to grow up, as well as toys that it is too early for him to play with.

- Is it so bad to spend money, which we have a LOT of on our son? - Larry muttered offendedly against Laurent's neck.

- No, it's pleasant spending, you're just a little crazy, right?

- You don't. You're not too excited that we're parents now. You seem completely at ease with the thought that you now have a son. - Here it is. Not believing what he heard, Laurent pushed Larry away from his neck and looked seriously into his eyes.

- Do you seriously think so?

-...

- Larry, you can't be serious! That I'm so calm is only because one of us has to keep a cool head! Do you think I don't want to buy all these cute little things for our baby? Larry, you and I have millions in our bank accounts, those millions that we can spend however we want, they're not in our business, you know? But I'm trying to be reasonable, baby. Think. We went to the store to buy baby formula, diapers, tissues, and food for ourselves. And to go outside for a bit. We have been at home for almost a month. We didn't sleep for the first two weeks until Anna and George came to help us with everything. How can you trust the voice in your head and think that I don't love our son? - Laurent kicked Larry's legs off his body and stepped back a few steps in a gesture of desperation, running his hand over his face, and brushing his hair back. His hair tie snapped at the most inopportune moment, and his wild and indomitable mane broke free. Larry rubbed his nose in embarrassment. Laurent is right, their son is still too small for all the things that are now in the trunk. It seems he even bought a tuxedo suit and alphabet blocks. And Laurent, along with him, got up for the first days of the week to feed Richard, bathe, and swaddle him, they rocked their son together, and gave him medicine when the baby had colic. When Anna arrived, they were both no different from a freshly dug-up zombie. Larry sighed and sobbed several times. He tried to hold back his tears, Laurent had enough to deal with to have to deal with Larry's problems. Laurent simply raised his head to the sky and silently prayed. Laurent approached Larry gently turning towards him and hugging him tightly. - Bebe, you shouldn't be so upset, it breaks my heart. I love you with everything you have. I am sorry if any of my actions make you doubt, but you should not doubt. I love our son and in a year or two I am ready to have even more children with you. - Larry pulled away from Laurent's neck, smearing the last of the tears on his face.
