chapter 1: Will

Ew go away. I thought to myself as some whore with more makeup on than my grandma on bingo night grinded on me. God, this party sucks.
Wait a minute, who is that? Damn, that girl was super hot. Dancing on a table, she had long, dark, brown hair and a beautiful face with a nice rack to go with it.
She must be Italian. Mmm, exotic. I smirked and pushed through the sea of people and red solo cups toward her.
I got closer to the beauty and accidentally got a whif of her. She smelled like cheap perfume, but with a hint of something else, something amazing. I closed my eyes and took in the scent.
I don't know what that is but it smells like vanilla. The scent was so familiar but so delicious that I could just..."Um, Hello?" she asked, probably confused as to why I was sniffing her.
"Um, hey," I said slyly, get back into my groove,"the name's Will Broden. What's your name sweet thing?"
She blushed. "Claire O'Donnel. Ya know you're known around campus as quite a player Will," she informed me as she slid down from the table until we were face to face.
"I prefer the term experienced. Why don't you come home with me tonight and see for yourself?" I said seductively. I needed to sleep with this girl tonight. Her distinct trace of vanilla scent was drawing me in.
"How about we go to my place. I have a roommate but she's out tonight and we have the whole place to ourselves." I could feel her breath on my ear. "I like the sound of that," I whispered back to her as we exchanged grins.
"Wanna follow my car?".

I followed Claire into the two story condo. There was the scent again! "Right this way," she said, keeping me behind her. The scent started to fade as we got closer to her room.
She unbuttoned her blouse while walking to the bedroom. Why so much pink? I thought as I walked into the room and took off my pants.
Just a few seconds later as she was going to take off her bra the scent was back.
I turned around to find a beautiful blonde girl with wonderful curls cascading down her back. She was wearing sweat pants and a crop top, but somehow still made it look hot. Have I died and gone to heaven? She looked nervously between Claire and I when Claire turned around.
"Sterling! I thought you would be gone tonight! Um, Will this is my roommate and best friend Sterling; Sterling this is um, Will."
Sterling coughed uncomfortably. "I would shake your hand but...," she gestured to my body. "Ya that's fine," I said. I gave her a small smile and grunted.
"So I'm gonna go back to studying and leave you two to...you know... um...bye," and with that she rolled her eyes and fled the room.
I stood speechless for a few seconds until Claire cleared her throat behind me. "So do you want to continue?" she asked me.
I whipped around. "Actually I have somewhere that I need to be," I said and put my clothes back on.
"Okay..." she said dragging out the "y".
I ran out the room, and for the first time (and hopefully last) I was happy to leave a hookup.
I followed the vanilla smell upstairs and to a bedroom to find Sterling sitting on a bay window and reading a textbook. The light hit her face just right and her hair glistened wit..."Can I help you?" she asked, confused as to why I was staring at her.
"Do you have a map because I'm getting lost in your eyes," I said to her waiting for that blush and giggle every girl gives.
"I'm sorry did you just say that?" Why did she look confused? That usually worked!
"I'm sorry you were just so beautiful that I had to come find you," I said smiling. That should do it.
"Well actually I'm sorry because I'm not looking for anything temporary and you just slept with my best friend so please leave," she told me.
"What?"
"Get out perve," she said as she shoved me out the door."God take a hint," I heard her say.
What the hell?
