Background on this imagine: Chris Evans is dating his girlfriend Lily for two years now. One day Lily's best friend Jessica Roberts gets into a really bad car accident that affects her lower back. But Chris thinks his girlfriend Lily is cheating on him with another guy. So how will Chris react when he meets Lily best friend Jessica and see where Lily has been spending her time at.
Lily's pov: Hi my name is Lily Bella I am the girlfriend of people's sexiest man alive Chris Evans we have been together for two years now. My best friend Jessica Roberts got us together by set me up on a blind date with him. And we clicked immediately because we had a lot of things in common like we love Disney Movies, love Dogs and stuff like that. So one day I am the park walking my boyfriend Chris's dog Dodger when I get a phone call from a local hospital here in Boston. I answered it "Hello?" The woman at the front desk says to me "Your friend Jessica Roberts just got into a very bad car accident and she is asking to see you. Can you come up here now." I dropped my phone when I heard my friend Jessica was in a car accident but I pick my phone and said yes I will be right there. So I got home with Dodger and I grabbed my bag and my car keys and ran out of the house without telling my boyfriend Chris where I was going to in a hurry.

Continue Lily's Pov: When I get to local hospital in Boston and they tell me where Jessica's room is which is Room 820. I get on the elevator going up to the 8th floor of the hospital and I hear my cellphone ring and I look at my phone to see my boyfriend Chris calling me. "hey babe what's up." I say to him. He says to me "what's going on Lily you left out of the house in a hurry what happened." I say to him "Chris Jessica got into a really bad car accident and I only my way to see her now she was asking for me." He says to me "ok babe tell Jessica I said hey I hope she recovers soon from her car accident." I said back to him "will do love you boyfriend." And we exchanged goodbyes on the phone and we hung up. Once the elevator doors open to the eight floor I went straight to Jessica's hospital room. I saw Jessica smiling face but I could tell that she was in pain a lot of it. We talked for a while and I found out that her ex boyfriend Austin crashed into her car and he caused the car accident. I was so pissed i forgot to tell her that my boyfriend Chris told me to tell her hey. The doctor came in and told Jessica that she needed Rehab for lower back due to her car accident and the doctor wanted to know if I would help Jessica with her rehab on her lower back and of course I said yes.

Chris's pov: So my girlfriend Lily and I have been together for two years now. And I heard about Jessica Lily's friend that got into a really bad car accident and I heard that her ex boyfriend Austin caused it and I always hated him. So recently my girlfriend Lily has been coming in late at night. And when I asked her about it she says she is seeing her family and I don't even buy it. I think she is cheating on me so one day when Lily my girlfriend left the house I followed her and I saw her pulling up to a rehabilitation center and I knew that it wasn't good. So I putting on my Boston Red Sox hat on and sunglasses because I am a celebrity you know. So I walked in and I saw my girlfriend Lily and she wasn't with a guy at all she was with her friend Jessica and I was such a damn fool she wasn't cheating on me she was helping her best friend Jessica with her rehabbing her lower back. I walked up to both of them "hey babe and Jessica how are you feeling today?" They both turned around in shock and Lily says to me "Chris what are you doing here?" I said to her "I thought you were cheating on me but I was wrong you are hear helping your friend Jessica with her rehabbing her lower back." Me and my girlfriend kissed and I gave Jessica a hug and we stayed there helping Jessica rehabbing her lower back and eventually it was good as new again.
