Amidst the chaos of the crumbling Vampire Castle, Ambra found herself stumbling through darkened corridors, her heart pounding and her senses on high alert. Her once-human vision had shifted, revealing a world rich with details she had never noticed before. Shadows danced with a mesmerizing depth, and every creak of the collapsing castle echoed through her ears like a symphony of destruction.

After Ambra's shock over her new body had waned, a magical explosion had triggered from the remains of the Vampire Queen, creating a chain reaction that seemed to be swiftly spreading across the entire castle.

'Giving me trouble to the very end.' Ambra groaned in her mind. 'If changing my body like this was the point, why are you blowing up your former castle too!'

As stone and debris rained down around her, Ambra's heightened senses allowed her to anticipate each impending danger. With uncanny agility, she leaped over a falling stone pillar, her body moving fluidly as if guided by an otherworldly force. The air itself seemed to whisper its secrets to her, alerting her to shifts in pressure and movement.

A burst of magical energy surged through the corridors, threatening to engulf Ambra in its destructive wake. Her instincts flared, and in a burst of newfound strength, she sprinted forward, her legs propelling her with a force she had never before experienced. The ground trembled beneath her as she soared through the air, her body defying gravity for a fleeting moment.

Her fingers grazed the edge of a crumbling window sill, and with a powerful surge, she launched herself through the opening just as the explosion erupted behind her. The force of the blast propelled her further, and she tumbled through the air, her senses hyper-focused on every gust of wind, every brush of debris against her skin.

'Crashing out of a window like this definitely wasn't in my castle assault plan.' Ambra thought to herself, surprised at her own absurd feat.

Ambra's body landed with a grace she hadn't thought possible, her muscles absorbing the impact effortlessly. She rolled into a crouch, her gaze fixated on the crumbling castle she had just escaped. Dust and smoke billowed into the sky.

For a moment, Ambra stood there, her chest heaving, her eyes wide with awe and confusion. Her senses were still tingling with the residual energy of the explosion, and her body felt invigorated, as if she could run for miles without tiring. It was as if the very essence of the explosion had infused her with an exhilaration she couldn't comprehend.

Before, she had to spend an incredible amount of magic on body strengthening to even scrape at a fragment of what her body could now achieve innately. Training all those years on her magic and body control seemed pointless compared to the sudden amount of power she had now gained on the whim of a dying enemy.

With a cautious breath, Ambra turned her attention away from the castle and focused on her own reflection in a nearby puddle. Her heart skipped a beat as she took in her transformed appearance – porcelain skin now pale and flawless, eyes aglow with an otherworldly crimson hue, and fangs delicately protruding from her lips.

A mixture of fear and wonder gripped her as she tentatively touched her own cheek, her fingers tracing the contours of her new face. It was as if she had become a creature of her own nightmares. A creature that resembled the hundreds of Vampires that had been slain by her own blade.

But there was no time for introspection. The castle's destruction had sent physical and magical shockwaves through the land, and Ambra knew that she needed to find safety before the repercussions of her battle reached her. Her transformation hadn't done away with her Hero's instinct and knowledge after all. Wanting to test her abilities, she pushed herself into a sprint, her body gliding effortlessly over the terrain as she disappeared into the night, leaving behind the ruins of the Vampire Castle and the ashes of the former Queen.
