Izuku was born with a Quirk he never noticed and was never discovered due to how odd it is.
He can manipulate the Luck of everyone around him between 0-100.
Based off confidence this Quirk passively enhances the Luck of the User while also weakening the Luck of those that wish to cause the User harm.
Active Effects:
The User can see the Luck of anything happening in the area around themselves.
User can make the surety of something happening around them go between 0-100% chance.
User can Stockpile Liquid Luck taken from others or not used by the User per day.
User can summon Liquid Luck from their Stockpile to give people Luck in a drink or food without their notice. Meaning they can be Lucky one drop per hour for any deed.
Drawback:
If User is not confident their Passive Abilities are rendered Nullified and all Luck taken from those around and from the User will be put into the Deposit of Luck.
User must transfer the Luck between one action/person to another or Deposit/Withdraw the necessary Luck from their Deposit of Luck.
