In the era of Poe,  England is and will become home for Garrett and his beautiful wife. With the masonry work during the day, Garrett is a busy businessman, he and his partners have just began is talk to some big investors to start an import and export company that will bring many profits. At night, they share their love and make love to each other, their family, and even their pets who they adore and take very seriously. Garrett was always home just before six pm in the evenings and his wife would be starting night courses at a local woman's college for nursing school of course, Garrett was very protective of her and her well-being and made sure she got to her night courses with security guards and a first bulletproof carriage, and now with over 100 different types of horses, which would wear amounts that were also bulletproof. Though mostly they would travel by steamboat which they were glad they lived close to a port. The carriage they used for their daily journey would only go once every three weeks which was perfect for Garrett who would never be away from his wife and daughter for longer than five minutes, and that alone was enough for Garrett. Their trip took about two days to London which they did every time they were in town and the last two days they would do some shopping and take the train back home to Rosemont Manor. As Garrett was always worried for his wife, he knew how dangerous it could be for them, so he was extra careful with every aspect of their lives, even if he didn't know what it was. His wife was always very cautious, but she understood his caution and that is why she went out almost every night to help people with problems in London while Garrett stayed home with the staff, he would hire from local or close towns that would need work and took care of business matters, and he would call his wife now and again. The two would discuss what they needed to get done tomorrow or the next day depending on their mood and what they had been doing for the evening. After dinner, both the Rosemonts would usually retire to bed after talking and discussing everything under the sun that had happened today or what the next day would hold. That was how the morning started and how the afternoon progressed, then came dinner and finally bedtime, after a long day of shopping and planning their day for the future.

Two years later Frans had started going to a doctor at her college who confirmed that she was going to become pregnant with their first son. Doctors are usually very smart, so they would understand her predicament since she would soon become a mother and had just started going to college which had taken her away from him more often than he liked but he knew that eventually she would return to him. They were happy together as husband and wife until they found out that she was pregnant with their second child and they decided to move into a small town near their parent's house because they wanted to raise their children as they would be raised in that small town. They would have a large home and the little village nearby was full of people who loved each other. They would visit their parents as many times as they could to spend time with them and they would grow close. It was all great until Frans gave birth to their third child. Frans had been working hard on her studies and teaching her daughter English and history. As the fourth year was approaching, they were excited to see her and their son. The day had come, and her mother had prepared the room for her arrival with gifts and flowers, and balloons. The door opened, Frans walked in, and there stood her baby boy holding his tiny fists out to her and smiling at his mother. Once their son was born and she and Garrett would have their son at Rosemont Mano and it would take hours for him to be born but they had wonderful nannies and other special doctors that would help deliver their son. Garrett would of course wait out in the halls of the manor and pace back and forth as this was the custom of the era then. One of the nannies would fetch Garrett and announce his son's arrival on that April rainy morning.

Nannies POV
Ten am that morning Garrett paced the grand manor halls waiting for word on his firstborn, as she opened the nursery room doors to the hallway where he expected to find a crying baby. Instead, he saw a beautiful, healthy baby boy dressed in navy blue pajamas."Hello, little one," he said softly picking him up and placing him into his father's arms, he immediately wrapped his little fingers around his daddy's finger and Garrett smiled"Welcome home," he said kissing his forehead, he looked at the room, there were so many things to show you, young one, Garrett said to his son, as he held back the happy tears, he then handed his son back to the nanny and return him to his resting mother in the nursery. Garrett was now allowed into the nursery room where his sleeping wife and the nanny rocking their son. The nannies would be there for the next few days so Frans could sleep if she needed, nurse her son, help her get out of bed, so she would not tare open her stitches, or whatever she might need.  When the nannies left Garrett sat down beside his wife, his heart ached at the sight of her, she was pale and sweaty, her eyes were closed as she slept, he gently touched her face and kissed her forehead, and told her how proud he was."You've done wonderfully darling, I'm so happy for us" he whispered, "you're so strong, I hope our baby grows up to be just like you."He was interrupted as he heard loud banging on the front door, "Who can have a reason to visit us so early this morning," he asked himself, "and why has no one told me," he added looking down at his sleeping wife, "it must be an emergency," he thought, He slowly got up and looked outside at the rain hitting the roof, "I'll be right back dearest," he said to his sleeping wife. He stepped out onto the porch, peering through the window, but he didn't see anyone, just another dark figure standing on the opposite side of the street, 'Maybe someone else came by?' he thought."I wonder who could have such a strange visitor so early in the morning," he asked himself, "and maybe they want something," he thought, opening the door to let whoever was there inside."Good morning sir," the stranger said, turning his head to look at Garrett as he was startled," It must have been his business partner who had some wonderful news for the business. The Servicemen told the stranger to wait in the main lobby and that he would fetch the man of the house. The service man arrived back in the lobby and Mr. Rosemont followed behind. (* in Garrett voice inserted here> " Ah Mr. Benjamin Jesse York, good morning man, I was not expecting you this fine rainy morning what brings you to my home?" " (* in Mr. Yorks voice interested here "Mr. Rosemont I bring some good news our adventures in this new advertising campaign has bought us new clients,  and banking, and other interesting up dates, for travel,( ** Ah my man my wife has just had our son, I do hope you can handle it alone for a day?)  (* of course, I can and congratulations to you and your wife, and what did you have sir?" (** I have a son, a handsome boy, he's healthy, and has his mother's smile, and hair, dark curls.) (* Thank you, my man, I'm so happy") Garrett replied and he walked and talked with Mr. York for an hour, They went to his study osed the doors and Garrett pulled out his finest cigars from his desk hand York one, and lit his and then handed York the match to light his.

After his partner left an hour later

After Mr. York left the manor Garrett went back upstairs to the nursery, his wife holding their son, of course his son content after his feeding, and she was now ready to get out of bed without to much help from the nannies but still need help to get up to put their son in the bassinet but Garrett did not mind, Frans was smiling when Garrett walked in.
