Amandla - Aymos ft Jessica LM

Stepping right outside of the airport doors, she did not expect to be met up by such cold air and most of her jerseys and jackets were in the suitcases that she carried. She wore Beige Palazzo pants, a sleeveless floral top and had her head covered with a Black floral scarf she bought in Paris. Beautifully tied like a bridal bandana, to show respect to her elders that she was going meet at her father's house in La Lucia, Ilembe District. It was just in the South Coast side of Durban and she had landed at King Shaka International Airport.
She was thinking of requesting a meter taxi around there but;
unexpectedly so she heard a car hoot at her and she gave her full attention to it.

'Who is he?' her thoughts rendered.

The car halted Infront of her in the pick up and drop of lane, the driver's door opened of the big Mercedes Benz GME and there came out a tall, fair caramel skinned man. He looked a bit buff, had a great posture but had no abs of some sort he just had a body that suited him and of cause the he wore the Zulu headgear called uMqele, right on top of his neatly trimmed medium afro. He had a bit of side burns though they suited him too.
His expensive taste in clothing was easily recognisable as the suit he wore was a good fit on him, the buttons of his waistcoat were gold and it suit itself was deep royal blue. Alongside the Jonathan D loafers.

He walked up to her with a smile that was surely lazy, it was like he forced himself to smile. Well it made sense because it was sad news that brought her back to South Africa. If it wasn't anything else, personally she would have not come back, she was only doing for the people she loved.

"MaZwide, good evening." He greeted her.
His voice was was deep and rough, but somehow it made the words come out softly from his mouth when he decided to called her by her clan name.

"Saw'bona nawe, ngabe uthunyelwe ngabase khaya? " She asked him after greeting him back. {Good Evening to you too, have they sent you to fetch me?}

"Yebo impela. We need to hurry up, that can't start without you and it has been shifted to tomorrow since such work could not be done in the dark night." He said.

"If so, why am I needed now?," She asked him.

"You're his only daughter and you need to be there. It's tradition Thuthukha." He said and she followed by a sigh.

She started shivering, he noticed and he took off his blazer and put it over her shoulders.
Those fewer moments of his tall figure come close to her face she inhaled his scent and it was magnificent. A strong and manly mixture of cinnamon, mint and some citrus.

'Wow he smells divine!' she thought to herself.

"Thank you, can I enter the car now?" She gestured to the car.

"Oh, yes let me open the door for you." As he said that he did so.

She got in and he closed the door, he rounded to his side and got in too. The engine got ignited and the perfect roaring sound of the car sparked some onlookers who were either getting in or out of the airport gawk at car and others simply amazed take pictures of it as it drove away.

She made sure that she wore her seatbelt, and he did too. The drive was quiet awkward but the tall stranger decided to break the silence.

"You don't remember me do you?" He asked her.

"I... I guess you can put it like that. I know you but I just can't say as in how I know you." She said.

"We were literally raised within the same church, our families get along pretty well and I was that one boy whom you liked playing with mommy and daddy."
He said with smile, as he reminisced at the past.
