Erin's POV *I woke up at 8:30 am and jay was already gone to work ! I'm currently not working cause Harpers baby sitter backed out on us last minute last week and I'm still looking for a new one and it's summer so Harper isn't in school ! So I got out of bed and got changed for the day *

*I put on this outfit and I curled my hair and put it in a high ponytail and I headed downstairs and I saw Harper playing with her Barbie house* Erin:morning baby ! Harper:morning mommy ! Erin:when did you wake up ? Harper:at 7 Erin:why didn't you come get me ? Harper:you were sleeping so I figured I would let you sleep Erin:well thank you baby but you don't need to do that ? Harper:it's ok ! Erin:are you hungry ? Harper:yeah Erin:do you wanna go to the cafe down the street ? Harper:yes please !! *stands up* Erin:ok you go get dressed and meet me down here ok ? Harper:ok ! *harper ran upstairs and I went over and grabbed my wallet and she came back down the stairs with Jean shorts and a pink shirt on* Erin:ready ? Harper:yup ! Erin:k let's go *we got in my car and we drove down the street to the cafe and we got out and headed inside* Erin:what do you want Harper? Harper:pancakes ! Erin:ok and what to drink ? Harper:orange juice Erin:ok *we go up to the counter and I order our food and after 3 mins the waitress brings our food over to our table and I take a picture of Harper for instagram*

Erin:is it good ? Harper:delicious!! *we eat our food together and talk about all the fun things she wants do this summer before she goes into grade 1* Erin:should we get some donuts for daddy and the team ? Harper:yeah ! Erin:ok ! *we finish eating our food and we go up to the counter again and i buy a 12 pack of donuts to bring to the district and then we get back in the car and we make our way over to the district* Harper:mommy ? Erin:yes babe ? Harper:when will daddy be off again ? Erin:I think he has Saturday off Harper:are we doing anything fun ? Erin:I'm sure we can plan something! Harper:yay! *we finally pulled up to the district and we got out of the car and headed in through the door* Harper:hi Trudy ! *waves at her* Trudy:hey Mini Halstead what are you doing here ? Harper:we came to see daddy ! And drop off some donuts Trudy:wow! Erin:want one ? Trudy:sure ! *takes a donut from the box* *we then head up the stairs and Harper runs over to jay* Harper:daddy ! *runs over to him* Jay:hey princess! What are you doing here ? Harper:we brought donuts for everyone! Jay:that was nice of you ! Harper:want one ? Jay:I'll have one in a little bit ok *I brought the donuts into the break room and sat down at my desk Erin:so how's everything going up here ? Adam:well your not missing out on much I can tell you that Erin:I'm glad to hear that ! *laughs* *we all laughed and talked until they got a case so me and Harper left and decided to head home Harper:mommy ! Erin:yes Harper ? Harper:can I watch a movie when we get home ? Erin:yeah of course ! What movie ? Harper:the little mermaid Erin:of course you can ! Harper:will you watch it with me ? Erin:I would baby but I have to do some cleaning and I wanted to do some summer baking Harper:can I help bake ? Erin:yeah ! We can bake when your movies over Harper:ok *we arrived home and Harper went straight to the living room and I turned on the movie and I cleaned all my floors and washed all my windows and then the movie was over * Harper:can we bake now ? Erin:of course ! *we headed over to the kitchen and Harper got up in her stool and we started baking some chocolate chip cookies and once we were finished I cleaned up the mess and she headed into the playroom to play and I started making supper which was chicken Alfredo and then jay walked through the door Jay:hey ! Erin:hey ! *smiles* Jay:it smells really good in here Erin:well that would be supper Jay:ooh chicken Alfredo ! Erin:yup ! Jay:where's Harper? Erin:in the playroom playing with her dolls Jay:k well I'm gonna go shower and I'll be down after ok Erin:yeah that's ok *I finished cooking supper and jay came into the kitchen* Erin:Harper ! Suppers ready Harper:coming ! *runs into the kitchen* Harper:hi daddy ! Jay:hey princess Erin:Harper ! Do you want a piece of garlic bread with your pasta ? Harper:yes please ! Erin:ok go sit down and I'll bring it over Harper:ok mommy ! *Harper sits down and I bring her food over to her and then I pick mine and jays and we all eat together as a family* Jay:did you have a good day Harper ? Harper:yesss!! Jay:what did you do ? Harper:me and mommy went out for breakfast and then we visited you and we came home and I watched the little mermaid and we baked cookies Jay:that sounds like a really fun day ! Harper:it was ! Erin:how was your day ? Jay:the usual Erin:very good ! *we talked more about some fun summer plans we wanted to do together and then we were all done* Harper:mommy can I go play now ? Erin:yup ! But you got 1 hour until we have to get ready for bed Harper:ok ! *runs off * Jay:so how are you ? Erin:I'm so ready to get back to work Jay:I know you are ! Erin:yeah I miss it Jay:do you want me to find someone to watch her ? Erin:no no it's ok ! I took the Summer off for a reason ! Jay:ok ! *we cleaned up the dishes and then it was 7:30 pm* Erin:Harper it's time to get in the bath ! Harper:no mommy I'm not finished playing ! *whines* Erin:*walks out to the playroom* i told you before you left that you only had 1 hour sweetie ! Harper:yeah but I'm not done Erin:after you get out of the bath you can play a bit more if you want ? Harper:ok ! *we went up to the bathroom and I gave Harper a bath and then we headed into her room cause it was now 8:50 pm so we laid down in bed bed and she fell asleep within minutes so I then went into my room and got changed into a pair of Pajamas and crawled into bed and jay met me in there shortly after !*
