Jay and Erin are married now and have been for 2 years Erin is currently pregnant with there first child and they are finally starting a new chapter in there life

Erin's POV *its now 2pm and I had the boys are 8 hours old and they are just peacefully sleeping in there beds* Jay:gabby just sent me a message she's wondering when to bring Harper in Erin:she can bring her in now if she wants Jay:k ! *jay texts gabby back and I get a text message from Kim* On the message Kim:hey ! How did the labour go ? And when can I come meet these cuties ? Erin:labour went well ! And you can come anytime! :) Kim:k I'll be there soon xo Off the message Erin:Kim is stopping by to soon Jay:is the team coming ? Erin:I guess I'm not sure Mason:*crys in jays arm* Erin:*sighs* can you pass him to me ? Jay:yeah of course ! *hands me mason* Erin:hey buddy ! What's wrong ?? Mason:*settles down* Erin:mommy's special touch Jay:yeah yeah ! *I have mason in my arms and jay has Ethan and then Harper and gabby show up* Harper:mommy , daddy ! Erin:hey baby ! Harper:are those my brothers ? Jay:yeah ! This is Ethan and that is mason Harper:aww Gabby:there perfect you guys ! Erin:thanks gabs ! Harper:can I hold them ? Jay:yeah ! Come sit down Harper:ok ! *harper sits down and she gets to hold mason first and then she holds Ethan* Harper:mommy there cute Erin:I know they are ! And so are you Harper:I know Gabby:so was labour easy? Erin:well no complications but I couldn't get a epidural because when they got me to a room I was 10cm dilated Gabby:omg ! How painful was it ? Erin:let me just say people downstairs could probably hear my screams Gabby:oh man ! Erin:but it's all worth it when you see there precious little faces Gabby:you got that right ! *we hang out for a bit and gabby leaves cause she has to head info shift but Harper stays* Jay:do you like your little brothers ? Harper:yeah ! I'm glad there not girls Erin:and why is that ? Harper:so I don't have to share my toys with them Erin:I understand baby ! But If they want to play with your toys they can Harper:uh no Jay:yes ! There aloud to play Harper:ok fine ! But they can't play with my special Barbie's Erin:well we can put them into a box where they can't reach when we get home ok ? Harper:ok ! *we all talk as a family and then I post the pictures I took of Harper holding the twins*

Kim:Harper what do you wanna be when your older ? Harper:I wanna be like aunt gabby Jay:a paramedic ? Harper:yeah ! Jay:well at least you are still in the front line Erin:yeah she could have said worst Kim:can I hold one of them ? Erin:yeah here's mason Kim:omg his eyes ! There just like jay Erin:yeah all 3 of them look like jay Jay:anyone wanna hold Ethan ? Adam:I'll take him ! Jay:here you go ! *they all hold each of the boys and take turns talking to Harper and then they leave to head back to the district and Kelly comes in through the door* Jay:man ! We are real popular today Erin:guess so ! Harper:uncle Kelly ! Kelly:hey princess ! *smiles* Harper:do you see my brothers ? Kelly:I do ! And they are pretty cute ! Harper:yeah ! That's mason and that's Ethan Kelly:really ! Harper:yeah ! They like to cry and sleep Kelly:you were like that to sweetheart! Harper:really ? Kelly:yeah ! You used to cry like that all the time Harper:really ?? Kelly:yeah ! *kelly holds Ethan and mason for a while* Jay:Harper ? Harper:yeah ? Jay:your going to uncle Kelly's house now ok ? Harper:oh ok ! Erin:but me and daddy and the boys will be home Tomorrow and uncle Kelly will drop you off ok ? Harper:ok! Bye mommy bye daddy bye mason bye Ethan *we say our goodbyes and she heads out with Kelly and now it's actually just the 4 of us* The next morning *I woke up at 9:30am after being up all night feeding the boys but today we are going home ! So I shoved on the dress I came to the hospital in and I got the boys dressed to go home while jay packed up the truck and shortly after he came back in and we headed back home for the first time as a family of 5 ! At home *we finally made it back to the house so I grabbed the twins and we headed inside and I brought the boys upstairs to there room and jay picked them up so I could get a picture for insta*

@Erin.Halstead Caption:and we are home ! We walked through these doors yesterday morning as a family of 3 and walked back in today as a family of 5 !! Thanks so much to gabby who came to watch Harper when we went to the hospital yesterday morning and another big thanks going out to Kelly for taking Harper home last night from the hospital! And another big thanks going out to my amazing husband for holding my hand as I gave birth to my twin boys with no epidural!
