Klaus was pacing in the back kitchen of Rousseau's.

Sophie walked in, carrying produce.

Klaus rushed towards Sophie and grabbed her, rushing her out of the restaurant and dropping her onto the couch inside the plantation house.

Rebekah and Hayley were standing in the living room.

"We had a deal," Klaus told her, angrily. "You protect my unborn child, I dismantle Marcel's army. And whilst I've been busy fulfilling my part of the bargain, you allowed Nina to be attacked and almost killed by a gaggle of lunatic witches."

Klaus sat down in front of Sophie.

"I had nothing to do with it, I swear," Sophie said. "Nina and I are linked, remember? She dies, I die."

"Then, who were they?" Hayley asked.

"They're a faction of extremists," Sophie answered. "Sabine stupidly told them about some vision she had about the baby."

"What kind of vision?" Klaus asked.

"She has them all the time," Sophie told them. "They're totally open to interpretation. I'm guessing she's wrong on this one."

"Well, how, may I ask, was this particular vision interpreted?" Klaus inquired.

"Pretty much that your baby would bring death to all witches," Sophie said.

Klaus smiled. "Ah, well, I grow fonder of this child by the second."

Rebekah sat down. "Sophie, look, I promised Elijah that I would protect the Mikaelson miracle baby whilst he tries to win your witch Davina's loyalty. Why don't you tell me just how extreme this faction is?"

"Elijah's talking to Davina?" Sophie asked.

"Yeah, as we speak, I imagine," Rebekah answered.

"I'm guessing she'll have plenty to say about that crowd," Sophie expressed.

"Do tell," Klaus said.

"I wasn't always an advocate for the witches," Sophie stated.

Flashback - Eight Months Ago

Sophie was in Rousseau's, dancing behind the bar. "Whoo! Drink up, everybody! This is how they party in Rio!"

Sophie drank straight from the bottle of bourbon.

Sophie: (voiceover) "My sister was devoted, like our parents and our upbringing was very strict, which drove me nuts. The minute I turned 21, I left the Quarter to travel and play."

Sophie poured alcohol into a guy's mouth, kissing. Then she poured alcohol down a woman's throat, kissing her as well.

Sophie: (voiceover) "But I wanted to be a chef, so I came back to Rousseau's."

Jane-Anne walked in, smiling when she saw her sister.

"Oh, Jane-Anne!" Sophie said, putting the bottle down and running towards her sister.

"Hey!" Jane-Anne greeted her.

"That wasn't me," Sophie told her before they hugged, pulling away. "Hi!"

"Welcome home, Soph," Jane-Anne said. "Can we go someplace to talk?"

"Just tell me," Sophie said.

"The Elders called a vote," Jane-Anne informed her, her face serious. "We're moving forward with the Harvest."
