The Warrior and the treaty

Chapter 1

I was currently out back training a new group of future warriors. They where showing some promises. I have had them for a week and they've already broken 9 arms, 7 legs, and 10 noses. And there was only 12 of them!

"Ok so today I want no broken bones. Now get in your pairs from yesterday" I order. They get in their pairs and start working on their hand to hand combat.

"Jewel i need you in my office" Alpha Todrick called threw the mind link.

"On my way" I respond.

"Rachel I need you in the back to look over my group. Todrick needs me." I mind link, call for help.

"Coming" she responds immediately.About five seconds she runs over to me. "What does he need you for?" She asks curiously when she reaches me.

"No idea. Probably going to help a different pack. I'll tell you when I know" I say running inside.

When I reach his office, I can sense a beta from a different pack. But not a different alpha which is abnormal.

I walk in and stand in the doorway.
"What did you need me for?" I ask.

"Oh jewel that was fast. Ok so this is the beta of the silver moon pack and he came to collect you." Todrick explains.

"Excuse me, collect me?" I ask offended.

"We have signed a treaty that involves you" the beta explains more in debt.

"How exactly does it involve me?" I ask quite confused. My wolf was getting quite pissed off as well. Not the best combination.

"Well you see jewel they have a rogue problem and they need your help" Todrick continues to explain.

"Oh ok. So I'm only going for a few weeks?" I ask calming down.

"No your moving in for the rest of the year, that's when The treaty expires" the beta buts in rudely.

"Was I talking to you?!" I snap. He's getting on my nerves again.

"Jewel calm down before you do something stupid" todrick warns carefully trying not to make him the target of my anger.

He's the only one that's actually seen my full powers. I would throw people across rooms with just a flick of the wrist if you really pissed me off. And if I really focused I could make things float. He says with more practice I could do those things with out need to focus.
I took a couple deep calming breaths.

"So 6 months?" I say calm again.

"Exactly. You can do it." Todrick encourages. He's been like a father to me since I lost both of my parents in an attack a couple years back.

"So when do I leave?" I ask with slight disappointment.

"You have 2 hours to say goodbyes and collect your stuff." Todrick answers.

"Ok" I agree then left the room.

"Rachel my room asap. Dismiss the class" I order through the mind link.

" Ok. By the way one kid I think it was Lucas, almost lost his arm" she responds with amusement in her voice.

Oh what am I going to do with him. I walk into my room and start packing as Rachel walks in.

"Ok so what's going on?" She asks curiously.

"Ok well in going to the silver moon pack for 6 months to help with a rogue problem. I just have this uneasy feeling about going. Like something bad is going to happen" I explain.

"Wait don't you like hate the silver moons alpha?" She asks worried.

"I despise him but I don't have any other options, Todrick didn't leave much room for discussion" I answer.

"Oh wow I'm sorry." She says with pity.

"Don't. I'll be fine. A lot of the time I don't even talk to the alpha besides when he really needs me. Most of the time it's the Warriors, peacekeeper's , and beta's." I say, hoping to find a good side of the situation.

"As long as you don't lose control you'll be fine" She reminds.

"I know"

I finish packing about an hour later. I change out of my work out clothes and change into my ripped skinny jeans, red tank top, black leather jacket, and my red and black Converse. I curled my hair to perfection, and keep my makeup simple. I have about 30 minutes before I need to leave.

"Oh my goodness! Jewel you look gorgeous." Rachel compliments.

"Thanks. Now come here and give me a hug" I thanked. She runs over and wraps me in a bear hug. And of course I hug back with equal force.

"I'm gonna miss you." She mumbled into my shoulder.

"I know. I'll miss you too. But we can still call. " I say trying not to get sad.

"Yah I know...but it won't be the same" She says, pulling out of the hug with tears in her eyes.

"Don't cry over me. I'll be back soon" I say trying to give her hope.

"I know. Now get your sexy ass down stairs before you get yelled at" she says regaining her composure.

"Ok" I say. And with a final hug I'm off.

I grab my bags and head downstairs, where a black car was waiting. I threw my stuff in the back and got in the back seat like I always do. Then about 4 hours of driving we pull up to a pack house much bigger than mine. I get out grab my bag and am quickly escorted to my room which isn't anything to brag about but it was ok. I stay in my room all night. After settling in for the night I get the creeping feeling of dread . I don't know what's going to happen, I hope my nerves are getting the best of me. Suddenly my eye lids begin to fall and I drift off into a forced sleep at about 2 in the morning, Dreading the next morning when I have to meet the alpha Daxton.
