Scene: Collège Françoise Dupont. 

"My day begins at 4 a.m. every morning because the bakery opens at 7. You think that the life of a baker is pretty routine, making the same pastries, rolls, cakes... but actually, it's different everyday. One day someone might order a cake in the shape of the Eiffel Tower, and another day you might--" Tom said, explaining his job.

"Where's Miss Lara?" Marilyn inquired, glancing at Marina.

"Oh... Mom said she had something important to take care of today, so she couldn't go with me" Marina replied, her voice tinged with disappointment.

"Aw... if you'd like, you can hang out with my mom instead," the brunette offered warmly.

That brought a smile to Marina's face. "Thanks, Mar," she said appreciatively

Scene: Outside the classroom. Adrien attempts to call his father.

'You've reached the voicemail of Gabriel Agreste's office. Please leave a message.'

"Hi father, it's me. It's Parent's Career Day at school, remember? I was hoping that you were gonna show up. Call me back." Adrien said.

"You okay?" Plagg asked, concerned.

"Yeah, whatever. Nothing new." he said sadly.

He then walks back into the classroom. When he sits back down, Nino puts a hand on his shoulder in comfort.

"Marinette will come around and pass out some croissants baked fresh this morning.", Tom said and Marinette does so. "Thank you, Mr. Dupain. Now, let's meet Alya's mom, who is head chef at the Grand Paris hotel, owned by our mayor, Mr. Bourgeois.", Ms. Bustier said, as Alya and her mother walked in the front of the class.

Marinette and Marina looks at Adrien sadly. Chloé opens a case with a bracelet.

"It's beautiful!" Sabrina said, marveling at it.

"Put it away, Chloé! It could get in the wrong hands!" Andre urged.

Marinette turns to give Chloe and Sabrina croissants.  "Ugh. Fine daddy...", Chloe scoffed, but obliges and puts the case in his bag.

"Is that Camembert?", Plagg asked himself and enters Chloe's bag. He opens the case to see the bracelet.

"Huh? Oh, that's not Camembert... But, it is very shiny. I like shiny, hmm!", Plagg said. 

"Unfortunately, I have no dishes to share. But maybe Mr. Bourgeois will invite you all to the hotel and treat you to lunch!", Marlena said.

The students start applauding, with Agent Roger goofily laughing. Plagg was up to his usual mischief, having a blast balancing Chloe's stunning bracelet on his head and tossing it up and down with ease.

The jewelry item was like a graceful dancer, leaping up from the bag, before gracefully falling back down. Plagg couldn't help, but chuckle to himself.

"He he... Ohh... Ah! Ah!", Plagg exclaimed. He repeated the trick again, but this time, things took a turn for the worse.

The bracelet tipped over and fell, causing the contents of Chloe's bag to spill out onto the floor. When Marinette was coming down the stairs, she tripped over the contents of Chloe's bag.

"Wahh!", Marinette exclaimed, as she hit the ground with a thud. The other students were quick to react, gasping and giggling at the same time.

Marinette rubbed the back of her head, feeling sheepish and embarrassed. "Geez, is there a day when you're not tripping over something?", Chloe asked, before she starts to pick up the contents of her bag.

"Next on the list is Sabrina's father, a policeman. Officer Roger!", Ms. Bustier announced, as the students applaud. "I've been a police officer for 15 years, and I firmly believe that every citizen is innocent until proven guilty.", Roger said.
