Ellie's POV:
I was currently on my laptop looking for apartments. I got a letter that said I could move back into my house and still go to college or stay here. I honestly wanted an apartment of my own. Don't get my wrong, I love Lauren but sometimes I just want to be by myself.
Since I live in LA there is a lot of apartments I could choose from. I already had a person helping me look for apartments and also my mom.. For once.
I got a phone call from the person helping me, Jayce.
"Hello, Elliana! How are you?"
"Good. What about you?"
"Amazing, thanks for asking."
"Soooo.. What's up?"
"I found a really pretty apartment not to far from your college, and in your budget!"
"Oh my gosh, that-thats great!"
"Wanna meet at 12:45?"
"Yep that would be great. Just send me the address and I'll be there,"
"Perfect, see you later Elliana!"
I looked at my phone and noticed I had exactly an hour. I quickly got up and changed into jeans, and a plain black tank top and some sandals. I applied a little amount of makeup and put my hair up.
As I was walking to my car I got two text messages.
Jayce: 102nd Washington ave :)
JJ: 679-019, text G
I put in the address on my gps and it said it was 20 minutes away, not that bad.
I showed up to the apartments and holy shit they were beautiful.
"Ellie!" Jayce said as she came over and engulfed me into a hug. "Hello!" I said hugging her back. "This apartment is beautiful, trust me." She said walking up to the main lobby. "I can already tell." I laughed.
She opened the door to the apartment and I was just in awh. It was so pretty. "How do you like it?" She asked me. "I fucking love it," I looking around.
She showed me around the whole building and also the apartment. The apartment wasn't small and wasn't big, it was just my size. "Oh, and also just how you told me its a one bedroom apartment." She said opening the door to the bedroom. It was literally the size of the entire dorm. "Wow.. I love this."
"How much is rent?" I asked "it's $980. Not that bad." She said smiling. It really wasn't that bad. Because there's a pool, a basketball court, tennis court, and dog park.
"That's great, when can I move in?" I asked "you can start moving in 3 days if you'd like." Jayce smiled.
We left the apartments and I went into my dorm to see Jack standing outside. "Oh, uhm what are you doing here?" I chuckled. "Oh, I thought you were home" jack blushed. "Why?" I said opening the door. I didn't try to sound rude. "To say sorry for the other night at the party.."
"It's fine." I said setting my things down and sitting on the bed.
"Are you sure?" He asked "100%." I smiled. "Where were you?" He asked out of curiosity "looking at my new apartment," I smiled
"woah, you're moving out?" He asked me "sure am." I said proudly. "That's great, where are you moving to?" Jack asked "to Washington apartments!"
"wait are you serious?" He asked "yeah?" I said confused. "No fucking way.. Me and JJ are living there, we moved all our shit yesterday!" He said looking excited.
"Damn! What floor are you guys on?" I asked "2nd, what about you?"
"3rd ayeeee!" I said sticking my tongue out.
"how are you and Madison?" I asked him
"we broke up." He said carelessly. "Oh, I'm so-" I said but he cut me off.
"Don't be, she was a bitch." Jack said looking around. "Do you need help packing?" He asked "that'd be great, thanks boo." I said laughing.
Maybe jack isn't as bad as I thought he was.
