Personality: Friendly, Laid-back, and believes in positivity for every timeline. However, he can't see the good in villains unlike Goku, and depending on the situation, would finish them off.
Bio: a Former Member of the Frieza Force, Beto was one of the few surviving Saiyans, as he wasn't on planet Vegeta at the time. With a squadron of 3, Beto lived with them on the planet they found some pods to get off. Heading to Earth, Beto was soon found by the Time Patrol, and soon began working with them, rapidly turning into one of their Elites.
