Hello peeps! NaughtyCat9 here with a new story for you all. So, before I get started, I just want to say that Shadow, Pearl, Coral, Violet, Brownie, Frost, Leafblade, Pyro, and Lance don't belong to me. They belong to the amazing LoveCatsUmbreon!
"Hey Violet?" Violet sighed and looked up from the book she had been reading.
"Yes? What is it Brownie?"
The small brown-and-cream eeveelution stared up at the small Espeon with wide chocolate brown eyes.
"Is it true that you don't have any siblings?" Brownie quietly asked her, her eyes flicking from Violet to her paws in shame for asking the question.
Violet sighed softly and walked over to sit beside the small eeveelution. "Well actually..." she began slowly. "I have a younger sister named Ruby."
Brownie could only stare in disbelief at that.
"You what?" she asked, blinking and staring up at Violet with wide eyes.
Violet opened her mouth to answer Brownie when Coral, Luna, and Zap came bursting into the room.
"Hey Vee? There's someone outside looking for you!" the small Pichu chirped, his eyes wide and ears flicking from left to right.
Violet smiled and patted out of the library with the others hot on her tail.
"Hi Rubes!" Violet called out, smiling and happily racing up to her younger sister.
The smaller Espeon turned around, her eyes brightening with excitement and happiness. She quickly apologized to the three Pokémon she had been talking to before racing over to greet Violet.
"Hi Vee!" she cheered, smiling and tackling her sister to the ground. "How's it going with the rest of the team?"
Violet blinked up at Ruby from her spot on the ground. "How do you know about Team Eevee?"
Ruby laughed quietly and gave her sister a wink in response to her question. "Luna told me!" she replied simply.
Violet nodded, knowing exactly which Luna she was referring to. "How do you know Shadow's sister?"
Ruby laughed again and playfully batted one of her sister's ears with a paw. "Oh, so Luna hasn't told you yet?" Violet just blinked in confusion and tilted her head to the side.
"Tell me what Ruby?"
Ruby laughed again and smiled cheekily at her sister's shocked expression. "I'm a member of Team Pack just like Luna."
Violet blinked and asked the question that had been on her mind for quite some time now. "Exactly how many members of Team Pack are there?"
Ruby's expression grew thoughtful as she counted the number of Pokémon with her paws. "I think about 9 or so, there might be more but I dunno."
Violet could only stare at her in disbelief. "Wow! That's a lot of Pokémon!" was all she could manage to say.
