Kai POV
"Mommyyyy wake upppp" my five year old daughter miya yells. She does this every morning waking me up so i can go to work on time. I'm looking for a new job. I work at the cafe but, it's barely paying enough.
"I'm up baby are you ready to go to school" I say knowing she's going to ask to stay home. She doesn't like to be away from me my poor baby.
"Nooooo mommy i don't wanna go can i stay home with you pleasee" she pouts batting her eyelashes at me. I sometimes cave in but i can't today because I have work.
"Come on princess let's get ready" She groans as I get up and get her clothes. I get her dressed, brush her teeth, and do her hair. Now it's time to get in the car i buckle her in. She has a attitude because she doesn't want to go but life is life.
We arrive at miya's school i walk her in and then drive to work. I get there on time for once. "Hi Kai" my coworker Brian always greets me unlike everyone else i work with. "Hey Brian" I say as I give him a hug he's like a brother to me. We start working today was really busy for some reason.
"Hi what can i get for you today" I smile at her. "My usual" she says. I'm confused because i've never seen her in here before. I look at her and say sorry i dont know what your usual is. Can you please tell me." She rolls her eyes, "Whatever i don't have time for this" and she walks out.Me and Brian just busted out laughing because it was funny how she thought she was famous or something.
I hear the doorbell ring I turn ready to face a customer when i see the finest two men i have ever seen in my 21 years of life. The one on the right has blond hair blue eyes and lots of muscles. But the one on the left has brown hair green ish blue eyes and from what i can tell is over six feet. I'm 5'9 and i have to look up to him.He's wearing a black turtleneck he looks so sexy. It looks like he lives at the gym.
I realize i'm staring "I'm sorry what would you like" I say nervously. Blondey says "Can i have two black coffees please, "I look towards sexy he's already looking at me. We just stare at each other until i look away and say, "Will that be all for you today". Blondey shakes his head at me and gives me a breath taking smile. Sexy is still looking at me and he doesn't care if i notice. I hand them their coffee and tell them to have a good day. Sexy puts a tip on the counter and walks out. I notice after he's already gone it's a hundred dollar bill. It's wayyy to
much but money is money.
