I waited in the living room for madi and I told my dad about the party. "a party?" He asks. I nod. "Man, I remeber I would go to partys with your mom before she died." I look away. I hate the thought of mom.
Dad sniffeled. "If that stupid drunk driver wouldn't have crashed into her." He says, on the verge of tears.
"Stop talking about it." I say, not in the mood. "Hey, if you hate drunks so much, maybe you should stop being one." I say, frusterrated.
As soon as my dad was about to open his mouth, I heard a knock on the door and madi opened it.
"Heyyyy!" Madi says brightly.
"Hiii! Let's go to my room." I say quickly.
Madi follows me to my room. "If you dont mind telling me...What happened before I got here? Your dad looks really sad." Madi asked curiously.
"Uh..He was just talking about how he used to go to partys with my mom. Thats all." I say, avoiding the question.
Madi nods unsurely.
"By the way, that outift looks super cute on you mads." I say.
"Thank youuu! My mom picked it out for me." Madi thanks me.
"So how was 6 flags? Anything happen again with you and Chris?" Madi asks, carrying on the conversation, opening my closet.
I always tell Madi about my boy problems, even though she doesn't want to hear them.
"Uhm, yes! Did I not tell you the second I got home?" I ask.
"Not that I know of." She says.
"Well, Chris kissed me again!" I squeal.
Madis jaw drops. "NO WAY?? WHAT ELSE."
"HE ASKED ME TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND." I exclaim.
Madi stops looking in my clothes and slowley turns around.
"HUHHHH." She says, surprised. I nod my head in excitement.
"YEAH WE ARE DATING." I say.
"My brain can't process this right now. IM SO HAPPY FOR YOUUU!!" Madi says.
"THANK YOU!!" I say as she pulls me into a hug.
"Hmm..Now what to wear.." Madi asks.
After a while, she found me a outfit that kinda matched. This is what it looked like:

I talked with Madi for a while, until I texted chris.

Yn: wya?
Chris: trying to find somewhere to park Chris: Matts being an idiot
Yn: Lmao Yn: When u get here me and madi are in the living room
Chris: okay be there in 30 minutes if matt doesn't hurry his ass up
Yn: LMAO Yn: See youuu
I close out of the messages and continue talking to Madi.
And then I feel a hand on my mouth, so I look up.
I see Chris smiling above me with his brothers.
I grab chris's hand off my mouth and say "Hi guys!" They all say hi and madi says hi to them aswell.

I look around the room to find a familiar face.
"Guys, is that-?" I ask, pointing to the figure.
"Sam?" Nick says quietly.
"I swear I didn't invite her." Madi says.
"I know. Word must've got out." I sigh.
"It's alright." Matt says reasurringly.
I nod and take a deep breath.
She spots us and comes walking over.
"Here we go." Chris says quietly.
"Heyyy! Didn't know you guys were coming." Sam says to me.
"Heyy! Didn't know you were invited." Madi says.
I hold back a laugh.
"Yah, me either.. weird right?" I say.
"Well you must've sent it to me. I got it from you." Sam says to madi.
"I don't even have you on any socials." Madi says.
Sam rolls her eyes.
"HEY!! EVERYBODY THAT IS INTERESTED IN PLAYING TRUTH OR DARE WITH ME AND THE STURNIOLO TRIPLETS COME OVER HERE!!!" Sam yells.
Nick looks at his brothers.
"No way. Im not." Nick gets up and goes to talk to some of his other friends.
"I guess were doing this." I sigh.
"So. house rules are, you have to pick truth or dare and answer truthfully, no ifs ands or buts." Sam says. "So like..normal truth or dare?" I say.
"Well...Yeah." Sam says. "And," Sam adds on. "We can make people kiss." She looks directally at Chris.
"So.. I'll start. Madi. Truth or dare." Sam asks.
"Uh truth?" Madi says.
"Have you ever liked anybody in this room?" Sam asks.
Madis eyes glaze across the room.
"Uh yeah." Madi says.
Gasps come from sertain people.

"Sam. Truth or dare." A girl named Ashley says.
"Dare."
"I dare you to either kiss..." Ashleys eyes scan the room. "Matt...or..Chris."
"Oh, easy." Sam says, looking directly at me. She then blows me a kiss.
She grabs chris's face and kisses him passionately. My eyes widen.
Chris trys to pull away, but she doesn't let go. He had to push her off. "What the fuck." Chris says.
My mouth was open slightly and tears swelled in my eyes.
how could she do this to me? In that moment, my sadness turned into anger.
"What. the. FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" I yell at sam and get up and walk over to her.
"Awww...Is little yn sad cause I kissed her crush? Grow up." Sam says.
"YOU HAD A FUCKING CHOICE!!" I yell.
"Aww boo hoo." Sam mocks me.
My fists clench. I bring up my fist and punch her square in the nose.
She falls backward as I shake my hand off.
I get gasps from around the room.
Her nose starts to bleed, and she grabs it.
Tears started streaming down her face. At this point, Chris Matt and Madi were standing behind me.
I put my feet around sams waist so im facing her.
"aww boo hoo." I make a pouting face to her. Then I lean down and say in her ear, "I'm mad cause you kissed the boy i've liked for years. Actually..he's my boyfriend now."
