The sun rises over the quaint town, casting a warm golden hue across the landscape. It's a new day, ripe with possibilities and secrets waiting to be unearthed. Seungmin stands before the mirror, adjusting his collar and smoothing down his hair, a nervous excitement bubbling within him. Today, he has a plan—a journey into his family's past that might uncover the mysteries that have remained hidden for generations.

Beside him, in a hidden corner of his room, Jisung takes on the form of a small creature, a delicate white mouse. His twinkling eyes reflect a mix of determination and curiosity. The magical transformation not only allows him to accompany Seungmin without raising suspicions but also gives him a unique perspective, enabling him to navigate hidden corners and tight spaces.

With Jisung concealed safely in his pocket, Seungmin leaves his home and makes his way to his parents' house. He walks with purpose, the early morning breeze carrying a hint of excitement. As he reaches the house, he takes a deep breath to steady himself and rings the doorbell.

"Seungmin! What a pleasant surprise!" his mother exclaims as she swings the door open. Her surprise quickly transforms into joy as she embraces her son.

"Hi, Mom," Seungmin greets, a genuine smile lighting up his face. "I thought I'd drop by and visit for a while."

Seungmin's parents welcome him inside, and as he steps into the familiar surroundings, memories of his childhood come rushing back. The scent of freshly baked cookies and the soft hum of his mother's favourite song in the background make him feel instantly at ease.

"Is your visit unplanned?" his father asks, appearing from the hallway with a warm smile.

"Actually, yes. I just missed you both," Seungmin replies, his heart pounding with anticipation. He doesn't want to reveal the true reason for his visit just yet.

His parents exchange glances, their expressions a mix of surprise and amusement. "Well, we're delighted to have you here. Make yourself comfortable," his mother says.

Seungmin spends some time catching up with his parents, sharing stories of his recent experiences, and laughing over shared memories. But at the first opportunity, he excuses himself, claiming he wants to spend a bit of time in his old room, reminiscing.

Once in his room, Seungmin carefully closes the door behind him and makes his way to the bookshelves that hold a treasure trove of old books, heirlooms, and family mementos. He casts a glance around the room to ensure privacy before he reaches into his pocket and pulls out Jisung.

"Jisung, it's time," Seungmin whispers. The mouse begins to glow softly, and within seconds, the small mouse transforms into a human form. Jisung stretches his limbs, adjusting to his human body once again.

"Ready to dive into the past?" Jisung asks with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

Seungmin nods, a mixture of excitement and determination in his gaze. "Let's find out what my family has been keeping hidden all these years."

Together, Seungmin and Jisung scour through the old books, poring over ancient manuscripts and handwritten letters. Their fingers trace the words of their ancestors, and their minds race with the possibilities that lie within these pages. And then, as Seungmin flips through the pages of a particularly old tome, a slip of paper falls onto the floor.

Jisung picks it up, and as he reads the elegant handwriting, his eyes widen with realization. "Seungmin, look at this. It's a note, and it mentions your grandmother. It seems she knew more than anyone realized."

Seungmin's heart quickens as he reads the note:

"To my dearest Seungmin,

If you find yourself seeking the truths that lie within our family's history, know that I hold the key. Seek me out when the time is right, and together, we shall unravel the mysteries that have remained hidden for far too long.
