It was only a few weeks until you would get married, you were so excited and nervous at the same. Clint would smile and kiss you, soothing away the nerves. You were also waiting on Tony's lawyer getting back to him, apparently Brian's lawyer was some hotshot family attorney but he would have nothing on Tony's army of legal advisors. You had already given them everything you had on Brian which wasn't much since he disappeared, the one great thing you did have was a letter off his mother apologising for her son leaving without word and that she knew where he was but wouldn't tell you because he had asked her not too. Tony's lawyer had grinned and said something about him being wilfully negligent of your needs as a pregnant mother, you also had all your old banks documents showing how hard up you had been for a while. Tony's face had paled when he realised how close you had come to being destitute, the only thing that had saved you was Tony paying your medical bills as a gift when Daisy was born.

"Christ Alex, you should have told me sooner" he huffed.

"Tony, I can't rely on you for everything. I had to prove I could take care of that little girl by myself, if it had gotten really bad I would of asked for help" you sigh and he shakes your head.

"You're tougher than me" he kisses your temple and sighs.

"And the last thing is Clint's application to adopt Daisy, we've gone through everything and it has been approved by the judge. You both have to sign this document and her name will then be Daisy Barton" the lawyer grins when your eyes widen.

"I'll get Clint" Tony pulls out his phone and messages him.

Clint runs in the conference room, eyes wide at the sight of the lawyer grinning at him. He sits beside you and takes your hand.

"What's going on?" you smile and push the document at him.

He reads quickly, a smile lighting up his face the further he gets.

"This is happening?" he asks and you nod.

"She's ours?" you nod again and he scoops you up.

"One lady down, the other to go" he winks and signs on the dotted line.

Daisy was now officially a Barton and Clint's daughter, he was bouncing on the balls of his feet when you said he should be the one to tell her. Tony whispers in your ear and you grin with a nod. He disappears while you and Clint go to find Daisy.

"Hey toots, daddy has something to tell you" She gets up from her little colouring table and runs into Clint's arms.

"Mom and dad just talked to a nice man. He told me I can be your dad for real" Daisy listens intently, watching Clint with bright eyes.

"I thought you were my daddy after you asked me?" he nods and kisses her cheek.

"I am baby, but grown ups need papers to say it for some reason" she nods and you can see her ponder his words.

"So you're my daddy ovishly" you giggle at her trying to use a big word.

"Officially. That's right toots. Do you wanna ask dad what your name is now?" Daisy looks at Clint.

"You are Daisy Barton, daddy's little girl" she grins and hugs him tight.

"Love you daddy" Clint grabs you into a family hug.

"I love you all so much" he murmurs into your hair.

A week before your wedding the lawyers contacted you about a mediation with Brian and his attorney. You, Clint and Tony sat down with Dan. He explained the mediation was to discuss possible visits with Daisy which you had said no to, but Dan explained it looks good in your favour with a judge if you try to entertain the idea at least. So now you were sat in the conference room with Dan on your left and Clint on your right, waiting for Brian to show up.
