Marichat: Save me

Chapter 6

Marinette POV

As Chat Noir jumped out her window Marinette stared at him in shock. She never knew that Chat could be so heartfelt and kind. Maybe she was starting to like him? No that's silly she thought I'm in love with Adrien, right?  

Adrien POV

"Plagg, WHERE DID THAT COME FROM! I was talking like I liked her. As MORE THAN A FRIEND!"

"I don't know kid, maybe you've just been neglecting that cheese for to long and finally you realized wait I actually like this." Plagg said petting his cheese before throwing it into him mouth

"Why is everything about cheese with you!" Adrien exclaimed flopping down on the bed.

"What I'm TRYING to say is maybe you've been neglecting Marinette for too long because you were blinded by your love of ladybug to realize you actually like Mari." Plagg said resting into Adrien's hair. "Good night."

"Good night Plagg."

(Next day)

Adrien walked to school thinking about Marinette. No I have to get her out of my head, Chat Noir visited her last night not Adrien, besides I love Ladybug, not Marinette Dupain-Chein. Adrien walked into class and shook his thoughts away. He made eye contact with Marinette and blushed a little bit. 

"H-h-h-hi Adrien nice today we have weather I MEAN nice weather today we have, UGH, NICE WEATHER WE HAVE TODAY." Marinette said visible getting angry. Adrien just smiled and sat down he heard a faint bang behind him and turned around to see Marinette's head on the desk. He remembered watching her cut herself and decided to talk with her after class. 

(After class because i don't want to write it)

Marinette POV

After class Adrien ran up to her and asked if he could talk to her alone. Marinette looked back at Alya and she just gave her a thumbs up.

"Sure." She replied dully Adrien lead her to the janitors closet. Marinette hissed in pain as he grabbed her wrist and he looked back in surprise at her but she just offered him a smile, he turned back around and opened the door to the closet he pulled her inside gentaly but when he reached  up to turn on the light she flinched and turned her face away from him. Adrien stared in shock.

"I-I'm so sorry, I d-didn't know t-that would scare y-you" he stammered trying to find the right words.

"No it's fine Adrien, what did you want to talk about." Marinette reasponded.

"Are you ok?" He said noticing she wasn't stammering anymore.

"Yeah why wouldn't I be?" Marinette whispered looking away and tugging down her sleeves.

"I mean in class you just seemed kind of sad. And you were in pain when a grabbed your wrist, not to mention what just happened with the lights!" He exclaimed gently. Marinette just looked down.

"I'm fine ok, just leave me alone." She said started to walk towards the door. As Marinette was reaching for the door Adrien grabbed her sleeve and it slipped about half way up her arm. Marinette squeaked in surprise and fumbled to pull her sleeve back down.

" I SAID LEAVE. ME. ALONE!"Marinette screamed. She flung open the door and ran out. She ran all the way to her house and didn't even bother reading the note left in the bakery she ran into her room and sobbed. Tikki came out of the bag to try and help

"Don't even think about it Tikki." Marinette yelled, Tikki gasped and silently flew back into the bag. Marinette stood up and thought about how stupid she was to be cutting herself for no odd reason, little did he know she really did. She walked over to her and fell into a restless slumber.
