Jk saw himself standing in a hospital ward, specifically the academy's hospital which was established for treatment.

Jk saw yn laying on the bed, while her head was covered in bandage..

Jk: what happened to her??

Jk saw no one around, so he approached her and quickly held her hand. He chanted a spell and saw all past incidents.

That's how yn fell from stairs and it hurt on her head badly but he was really confused with the sudden appearance of a figure which he never saw. From yn's vision, everything was blurry because her head was hurt..
