Imagine the following scenario: You're sitting down, reading the first words of this story. Maybe you're standing up, or lying down, whichever it is, you're absorbing the phrases that reflect in your eyes across the screen. Right? You manage to comprehend the letters that appear in front of you without any inconvenience, you can hear that little voice in your head reproduce every single word as if it were narrating a tale to you. Interesting, right?

Now, let me ask you: Who is or what is that is allowing you to read this text without any seeming sense? Who is or what is that allowed you to take your device, turn it on, and start to read? Who or what allowed you to find this story?

There are variating answers. Maybe you answered "myself" or you didn't even respond or couldn't find any valid response to the previous questions. And that's fine; both are equally correct. Nonetheless, like any multiple-selection exam, the right answer isn't necessarily the one that seems right, right away, but actually, there are some distractors in their alternatives that look like potentially-correct answers, but the right one is always just one.

So, who or what is the thing that controls everything we do?

Easy, our brain.

Our minds are the answer. Their power is the one that brought you here today, in front of your screen. Their incredible function is the one that allows you to grow, live, and feel. It's your mind the one that created your personality, your worldview, your ideologies, and everything you are today.

Your brain is the reason why today you took that decision, as insignificant as it seems, because all decisions lead somewhere, whether we want to admit it or not. Your mind is why today you can read this, and even more than that, understand it.

It is nice seeing you here, reading this, even if what I'm saying doesn't seem to make any sense.

But what if we gave it meaning?

What if, through these words, we introduce ourselves inside the mind and world of another person?

And not just of any person. Of him, Lee Jeno.

What if we witness the war between his decayed mind and his scared heart? Let's see how by just a tiny presumption, a simple error, everything he believed in crumbles and explodes like a giant construction in demolition.

Let's see how not only his mind and heart confuse and torture him to the point of panic, to stray him off the way and lose him like a little child, but also his entire surroundings, even the minds of others, confuse him to the point of almost making him crazy.

Let's see him suffer and realize the possible mistake he made and the amount that are yet to come.

Let's witness this unprecedented war between the mind and the heart, between the body and the soul.

And what happens when there's war?

The history of the world has shown us that one of the two loses. To death. Cold-blooded.

Remember my words? "Without your mind, you're nothing. You're nothing if your mind can't understand what is happening around it, or worse, with itself."
