Next morning I woke up with a terrible headache......Ugh.....I hate hang overs! Aunt Rose and Uncle Ben had already left for work and Effie and Leah were still in bed. I got of bed and toked a long cold shower then threw on some  sweat pants on and a Black Veiled Brides shirt on and walked downstairs to get some breakfast. "Wow you look like a zombie dude! had a little too much to drink huh?" said Damian smiling  when he saw me. "Shut up....wait till you see Leah and Effie." I sad pouring myself some cereal in a bowl. I ate quickly and then went upstairs to grave my skateboard. "I'm going out to catch some fresh air,I'll be back later." I said to Damian. "Alright." He said siting down in the couch and started playing Halo in his X-Box. I plugged in my headphones to full blast and jumped in my skateboard. I enjoyed skateboarding very much,I loved the way the wind gushed past me and the rush of adrenaline I always got. I was so lost in the music and into my skateboard I did not notice the person in front of me until it was too late. "UGH!!!!" I groaned in pain as my elbow hit the sidewalk and fresh blood gushed out and stained the concrete. "Oh....Are you okay!?" asked the guy. "I'm fine....thanks....and I'm sorry,I was too caught up into my music and...gosh I just lose myself when I'm skateboarding I'm so sorry I should of been more careful.... are you okay?" I asked. The guy laughed and toked my hand. "Oh...?" I looked up and stared into a pair of very familiar brown eyes. "OMG.....Yagami Light...am I correct?" I asked. "Yes." he said smiling, "Gosh I haven't seen you since forever!" I said. "Yeah,its been a long time since your last visit to Japan." He said. "Yeah,I just graduated high school and I'm visiting with my aunt and uncle for the summer." I said. "Oh...congratulations." he said smiling. "Thanks,but what about you? what are you up to now?" I asked. "Well I'm in college right now and I'm also working with my dad." He said "Oh...isn't your dad like an investigator?" I asked. "Yeah...and right now we are working in the Kira case." he said. "Impressive! I just wish they would catch it soon." I said. "It?" asked Light confused. "Kira...someone so cruel and heartless is an it.... I certainly think of him as an irrational cruel animal who should be disposed of immediately." I said,my voice heavy with anger. "He or she... what ever it is... its a damned coward...why not show their face to the public huh? " I added kicking a rock. Lights eyes narrowed and became dark. "I heard from Damian your brother died..." said Light. I sucked in a deep breath and healed it,I was afraid that if I opened my mouth I was gonna start crying. A hot tear rolled down my cheek and I wiped it away annoyed at my self. "Its okay to cry.." Said Light. "Crying is not gonna catch Kira...." I said, "Besides....I don't wanna ruin my day by thinking of that." I added smiling. "So... right now I got to go to class...but do you wanna meet up tomorrow?" he asked. "I'm sorry Light but I got other stuff tomorrow,maybe some other time you can stop by the house and we can hang out?" I said. "That sounds good." he said smiling. "So I guess I'll see you some other time." I said stepping into my skateboard. "Yeah okay.... and be careful with that thing......you don't wanna end up dead yourself because of it." said Light. The way he said it toked me off guard,as if he was threatening me. "Why would I end up dead? I been riding since I can walk." I said. "I was just stating you shouldn't get too caught up in in,you should be careful of the things you ran in to,that's all." He said nervously. "Oh........Yeah...LOL." I said smiling but that gut feeling stayed there....Something was different about Light I just couldn't put my finger on it. "Well I guess I'll see you later then." I said smiling. "Yeah,see you around Corey." he said and hugged me.

-------------------------------------------------------------LIGHTS POV-------------------------------------------------------  What a fool! how dared she insult me and call me a coward!!??? I am Kira,god of the new world!!! and anyone who dared insulted Kira shall die! why cant people see that what I'm doing is for the better? Of course she didn't know I was Kira...yet,but if she was as smart as her brother soon she would catch up to me.... Poor Caroline.....did you not know that your brother was working with your uncle and the SPK before he died? It was all part of my plan...He knew who I was but I eliminated him before he could do anything to ruin my plans....and just like him,you shall meet your fate.

----------------------------------------MELLOS POV---------------------------------------------------------------------------  I followed Corey from a distance and watched her from my car. She was a good skater and she looked happy,Suddenly she crashed into some college boy and fell of her skate. "Clumsy girl! always crashing into people." I lauged.I Looked closer and realised that it was Light Yagami,of all the people she could of ran in to why did it had to be him!? Damn it! They were talking like if they knew each other.... did they know each other?? God I couldn't stand the way she was smiling up at him.... I graved my gun out of pure instinct but decided to remind calm.... I couldn't blow up my cover and reveal myself to either of them,if she found out her dear uncle had me watching over her she would probably never talk to me again. I had to really bite myself as I watched him hug her. This wasn't right...... Why was I feeling so overprotective towards her?!
