2.He broke up with me

(Flash back to y/n's 20th birthday)

You had woken up to your roommate and best friend kylie at 12 am with a cake and speaker blasting Las mañanitas

After that whole chaos you picked up your phone and stared scrolling through your mentions from some fan accounts, you wernt that know yet so it was just a few and some texts but one caught your eye, from your boyfriend Kevin

"Hey y/n I hate you do this this way but we have to break up, after you moved to Paris long distance has been hard with me doing football now I still care for you but I think it's best if you go our separate ways, I'll still always care for you"
(Obviously Kevin forgot it was y/ns birthday....tan estupido verdad)

You say there in shock at what you had just read did he really do this over text?!?
(Yes dumb fuck he wasn't going to fly to Paris to break up with you)

Since he was your first boyfriend and before that your childhood friend it was hard on you

You went to Kylie's room and just hugged and cried to her

"Que te pasa" she manages to say

"He broke up with me"  you say in between tears (is that how you say it?)

She wanted to talk go rock his shit, but seeing the state you were in she just stayed there and comforted you and maybe cried a little (she would always third wheel so you guys were her parents)

(2 weeks after y/n's birthday)

"Comeee onn y/nn you neee to get out of your room it's been 2 weeks" kylie says trying to drag you out of bed

"Where would we even go" you say

"To the club duh" she replies

You sigh (HELP)

"Fine, but you owe me Starbucks tomorrow"you say

"YAY" she yells out

You get ready and put on your dress and heels (again you choose your own style)

You and Kylie get in the car and Kylie was driving because she said she knew the way there so you got aux

"pon TQM It's my favorite " Kylie says (pretend the songs that old)

"It's only your favorite because it had your name in it" you reply

"He was literally talking abt me" she says

You laugh

After about 25 mins you were there

You walk into the club and feel the vibrations of the loud music

You and Kylie go to the bar and gets your drinks (whatever you'd like ☺️)

It's been about an hour in the club and Kylie got asked to dance so you were just sitting and watching her to see if you needed to come in at any moment

You see a guy sit next to you

He was pretty tall and had  nice fluffy hair (he's perfect)

"What is a beautiful lady like yourself doing sitting by herself" he says making you turn to him

"Making sure my friend dosnt get kidnapped" you say pointing to kylie making the guy turn

He laughs (a cute laugh dw)

"I'm Joao" he puts his hand out for you to shake it (JOAO FELIX WHAT R U DOING HERE"

"Y/n" you say shaking his hand out

You guys spent the whole night talking and after you got a little tipsy the whole Kevin thing slipped out luckily joao was understandable and let you talk it out

Turns out he plays football professionally (who would've guessed) and was here with some of his teammates

I was around 3am when Kylie finally decide to check up on her best friend [she just wanted to leave]

Joao walks you to the exit

"Hey so could I maybe I could take you out sometime" Joao says

"I'd like that" you say with a smile

You've been dating ever since 🤞🏻
